So I went home and opened this 👏 that I bought at Hayashi last time.
I was curious about this one at Sake no Wa! I got it as soon as I saw it 🥰.
It has a fruity aroma and the aftertaste is sour and sharp!
And it's the best in the world!
It's as good as the orange from Kangiku OCEANS 💮💮💮.
I always want to stock up on this kind of stuff!

It's a white peach 🍑 and a high-sugar Shine Muscat at the end of the season.

I think there is a hint of oaky aroma
It doesn't have that 20's capsicum (dead word? It has the impression of a matured man in his 40's or 50's, not the freshness of a 20's 😅.
I left about half of the bottle for the second day, so I wonder how it will be on the second day.

Again, I was told to order any kind of sake, so I ordered a sake share.
Sairai Junmai Ginjo.
It has a fruity citrus aroma and is smooth and refreshing on the palate, with a refreshing acidity and an elegant sweetness on the finish.
The Japanese chef seemed to like it and said it might be the most delicious sake of the day.
So far, I like all of Sairai's wines.
I wonder where they sell Sairai 🤔...
