Popular local sake from Saitama 🍶It doesn't look like a Japanese sake 🍶! Aroma: Sour and sweet citrus 🍊? No...grape 🍊? The mouthfeel is rich, sweet and delicious with a strong acidity...I can feel the deliciousness of Omachi...it tastes like white wine? Sashimi, I'm having a little bit of Toyama firefly squid, which I hear is a good catch this year, as a side dish.

Sake from my hometown in Saitama (Sai-no-kuni yori katari shiranai reishu) has become a major sake...sweet aroma, gorgeous and fruity...sweet on the palate! Rolling on the tongue, you can feel the umami of rice......and the aftertaste is smooth and clean. This will be very popular! I enjoyed it with chicken sashimi and roasted beef tongue 😊.

The aroma is pear-like. The pear aroma can be felt on the tongue from the first sip, but the taste is characterized by a gentle balance of sweetness and acidity, and has a gentleness that makes it hard to believe it is a junmai ginjo. Like a gentle white wine, it is a sake that you will never get tired of drinking.

This is my favorite Sairai summer sake! There are a lot of sake that I follow, but I think this Sairai is the only one that I drink almost all seasonal sake. It is consistently sweet and juicy! The acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste give it the crispness that is typical of summer sake.

I was relieved to find the Sairai Honjozo and it was gone 😅I saw this sake was available and popped it online 😆. This is my second time to drink Sairai but my first impression was good so I had high expectations 🫣. I was expecting it to have a fruity aroma like muscat? It has a fruity aroma like muscat. The gas has a soft mouthfeel and a slight shrieking sensation. Juicy sweetness and refreshing acidity with a long finish. The sweetness is stronger than I expected 🤔 Maybe it's because I just received the bottle and opened it so it was only slightly chilled. The second day is also very juicy. The gas was the same, just a lingering bitterness. This will tighten it up👍.

Hatsuasairai❤️ I went to the store for another sake, but they didn't have it, so I bought it because it is from the same brewery as Bunraku, which I had previously enjoyed 😊. I thought it would be a modern fruity sake, but when I took a sip, I felt the sweetness of the rice. The aroma was slightly fermented like yogurt when I sniffed it well. It wasn't what I expected it to taste like, but it was delicious 😋. Maybe it would taste good warmed up.

I got Sairai, which is limited to restaurants 🍶. I drink a lot of Sairai because I like its clear sweetness, but this is my first time drinking S's, so I'm looking forward to it 😋. The aroma is sweet and mildly fruity, reminiscent of muskmelon, banana, and white peach, but with an elegant flavor that is understated and not too showy. ☺️ Light and clear on the palate, with a freshness and a slight gassy feeling that makes it easy to drink and keeps you coming back for more 😌. The fresh sweetness is typical of Sairai, but the light and sharp acidity rounds out the aftertaste and makes it easy to pair with a meal ✨. I was pretty drunk at the 4th sake on this day, but it's a beautiful sake that you can enjoy until the end, so please try it if you see it 😋.

Drinking at home Kuboyama Sake Shop 55% It's so sweet! I drank it before dinner when I was thirsty, and anyway, the sweetness spread in my mouth! I kept it refrigerated, but maybe it's because it's been a little while! As you drink it, there are sourness and bitterness! There's no doubt about it, but it was a little too sweet, so I gave it a 7 this time. It's usually a must-buy, though!

Oh, oh, this is great! It has the good points of "Sairai", but it is made with alky sauce to give it a sharpness, so you can drink it all the time without getting tired.... It's a position like "Sairai Honmaru".

Northwest Shuzo Brewery Sairai Hanasumi Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Gasping and my favorite sound when opening the bottle: ☺️ Lightly cloudy. Fresh, apple-like aroma with a hint of sourness. It is light at the beginning. After a pause, the sweetness and umami spread. Long aftertaste. The bitterness is felt later. The mouth is full of saliva 😆.
