Today we will open a bottle of Sairai's Asaromi, which had been sleeping in our sake cellar for quite a while 😀 It is a little more acidic than usual Sairai, so it is probably a summer sake ❓ 😀 .

It has a nice sourness and a clean and beautiful sake atmosphere 😀.
Sairai is a really cosy and tasty sake 😇.
Too bad the stores that carry it in Kansai are located far away and hard to get to 😅.
Good morning, Yasbaye 🐥.
The mere mention of Sairai makes me want to drink it 😻 Pink🩷 label is common in spring sake, but it's a summer version 😳I'm curious as I've never had a more sour one 😊.
Good evening, Pon 😀
Whether it's summer sake or not is subjective for me, maybe it's spring sake... I simply imagined it from the name "morning cool taste" 🤣.
But I felt it was nicer and cleaner than usual Sairai 😇.
The evening winds of Sairai 🌃
Is this a summer sake?
The first aroma is sweet and reminds me of rose blossoms.
When you put it in your mouth, the aroma pulls you in, but the taste is mildly sweet.
The aroma is gorgeous and quite delicious 🍶✨.
Along with a subtle gassy sensation that stimulates the tongue, a limpid aroma reminiscent of citrus spreads across the palate. The taste is gorgeous, with an elegant sweetness like white strawberries.
You will drink too much, Sarah.
It has a strong sweet taste. However, there are no hints of dullness or cloying taste. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink. It is truly a representative of a mellow, umakuchi wine that can be drunk with a light touch. However, its strong sweetness also makes it a good choice for food. The strong sweetness, however, does not always agree with the food you choose.
I went on a trip to Saitama the other day, but came home without being able to buy any of the local sake I was after there.
I was so frustrated that I wet my pillow!
I didn't expect to be able to buy one in the prefecture!
I immediately opened the bottle.
A bit of a sizzle. The gorgeous sweetness spreads and disappears in a flash!
This is a delicious one 😋.
It's a dangerous sake that goes down so easily.
Postscript✍(10/04)
It has been 12 days since the bottle was opened.
It's all rounded and delicious! I don't even feel alcohol in this one, but there is sweetness and a little bitterness in the back.
Might be good to drink it all today and tomorrow.
Hi Mia 😃
Congratulations on your selfless win 🏆 and getting Saira 👍🎉!
I'm so frustrated that I wet my pillow with tears, but it went too swishy and now it might be covered with drool🤤🤣.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
I really wanted the flower yang too... 😋(greed).
This will surely taste even better after a week! And I'm patiently chugging it, so the days of wetting my pillow will continue 🤤.
The one I've been wanting to drink for a while! I compared it with Reborn, which is also from Bunraku!
Both are crisp and refreshing, but this one is more relaxed and mild, probably because it's fire-aged 👍But both are delicious!
Altair from my favorite Ayai.
The ginjo aroma is reminiscent of mellow peaches.
Sairai has an image of sweetness and deliciousness, but Altair has a little more acidity.
However, it has sweetness and umami, and everything is of high quality.
This is a bottle that should be enjoyed on its own.
The good one from Sairai, Akaban Oumachi!
I drank it last year too ✨
Sairai's regular sake is Omachi, so it's sure to be good👍.
Fruity, sweet, tasty, acidic and juicy 😋.
Melody no longer flows 🤣.
