The first aroma is sweet and reminds me of rose blossoms.
When you put it in your mouth, the aroma pulls you in, but the taste is mildly sweet.
The aroma is gorgeous and quite delicious 🍶✨.

It has a strong sweet taste. However, there are no hints of dullness or cloying taste. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink. It is truly a representative of a mellow, umakuchi wine that can be drunk with a light touch. However, its strong sweetness also makes it a good choice for food. The strong sweetness, however, does not always agree with the food you choose.

I went on a trip to Saitama the other day, but came home without being able to buy any of the local sake I was after there.
I was so frustrated that I wet my pillow!
I didn't expect to be able to buy one in the prefecture!
I immediately opened the bottle.
A bit of a sizzle. The gorgeous sweetness spreads and disappears in a flash!
This is a delicious one 😋.
It's a dangerous sake that goes down so easily.

It has been 12 days since the bottle was opened.
It's all rounded and delicious! I don't even feel alcohol in this one, but there is sweetness and a little bitterness in the back.
Might be good to drink it all today and tomorrow.

Both are crisp and refreshing, but this one is more relaxed and mild, probably because it's fire-aged 👍But both are delicious!

The ginjo aroma is reminiscent of mellow peaches.
Sairai has an image of sweetness and deliciousness, but Altair has a little more acidity.
