We received a bottle of Sairai Junmai Ginjo Nama-zume.
This sake is made by the Kitanishi Shuzo brewery in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture.
This is the second bottle of Sairai I have had since the first bottle, a new sake nigori (nigori) called Usugiri.
I have never seen Sairai at liquor stores in my area, and I always buy it online.
I think I see the Junmai Ginjo with the light blue label all year round, so I guess it is a standard position. There seem to be several variations, such as unfiltered, unfiltered, and hi-ire sake, but the one I purchased this time was the nama-zume version.
The aroma is a clear ginjo aroma. The flavor is refined and modern, just as the label implies. It is fresh and fruity, but not too sweet, and the acidity and bitterness give it a refreshing taste.
It may not be particularly unique, but it is highly versatile and can be drunk on any occasion.
The first impression I had of this wine was to buy a bottle, but I personally feel that its performance exceeded my expectations. I will try some more of the other types and if they are good, they will become my favorite brand.
I sincerely hope that there will be a distributor within easy reach.

Leave a comment✋ even if you're drunk and trying your best.
Sweetness is there and tasty sake 😋.
I'm about to catch up on my comments 😭
Sara!
It's been a long time since I've seen light fog🌫.
Gentle rice sweetness and a refreshing sourness typical of Sairai✨.
Nice juicy gasiness too👍
Sairai has a good draft sake 😋.
Uchu ni Muchu!
Mango Pineapple Lychee White Grape🍺
Sairai's special junmai.
The light pink label is spring-like.
Sake rice brand unknown, rice polishing ratio 55%.
The subtle rice flavor and elegant acidity make you feel happy. Very delicious. ☺️
I went to Tokushima prefecture yesterday and the day before!
I bought some "Sachinoka" 🍓 strawberries from Tokushima, so I will have to open a bottle of Sairai-sama 🥰.
And! It's cream cheese for 🍓🧀.
And! Speaking of cream cheese, here's one made with Hanayou's sake lees: ‼️
Pairing strawberries with cream cheese and then pairing it with Sairai-sama, in other words, a multiplication of a multiplication of a multiplication‼️ is bound to be delicious 💖Hah~🥰!
Today we had strawberry hors d'oeuvres, shrimp and mushroom ajillo, and a salad of garland chrysanthemum and lettuce.
The main course was sautéed thinly sliced beef 💖 which was also very tasty👍.
Roll up thin slices of meat into a sausage shape and sauté with a light dusting of allspice, salt, coarsely ground black pepper, and flour. Once browned, the inside is juicy and succulent, and the outside is savory and tastes as good as a thick cut steak! It is more trouble-free than steak, and is highly recommended!
The change from the sourness of the strawberries and salad to the sweetness of the beef and the coloring also changes the deliciousness even more 🥰.
Impressions of the alcohol by itself is in charge of shinsake3💕.
Good evening, Pekho 😄I see you went to Tokushima 🤗Strawberries and cream cheese no doubt 🤗Strawberries and cream cheese no doubt 💕Sairai there is perfect 💕The main dish, sautéed beef curl roll, I will register this as a recipe I want to make 🤤 as thick cut steak 🥩☝️
ma-ki-San 💖Thank you 😍I stayed one night in Tokushima so I couldn't visit the sake brewery, but I did buy 🍓 and Tokushima ramen 🙌So I thought it might be nice to try ramen pairings again 🧐?
HinaHanaMama 💖Thank you ‼️I couldn't make the sake brewery tour in Tokushima but I bought some 🍓 and ramen 👍Beef curl rolls are a must 😍They are easy to cook 😍and speaking of 🍓, I'm sure you'll love Ayakusama 🥰It's too good ❣️
Overall 9 (out of 10)
I saw your recent post on Sake-no-Wawa about how delicious Sairai looks.
I couldn't help but buy it!

👍
It's delicious ❣️
Light but full of flavor 😋😋.
Light, but you can feel the depth 😋.
Mainly umami, sweetness to complement the umami
Minimal miscellaneous flavors to give a smooth and clear taste
Calculated taste👍
We served it chilled.

Sairai Junmai Daiginjo🤩That's another nice bottle you've opened 🎉I wish I could drink it too but I can't find it... 😅I'm so jealous! I'm sure it was the perfect delicious pairing for Peckho: ❣️
Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃.
Thanks for your comment 😊
We took you to the last one at the restaurant😅.
Sairai is also memorable 👍.
I'm not a fan of strawberries, but it was a great pairing with Sairai 😋.
Tonight, on the last day of the three-day weekend, we will be drinking this sake 🍶💁.
Sairai Tokubetsu Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake 2024BY✨.
It's been quite a while since I've had a Sara ☺️
I especially like the "Red Sara" as it is called here 😉.
The aroma is a strawberry milk 🍓🥛 with a sweet and gorgeous ginjo aroma.
The flavor also has a juicy attack, like eating fresh strawberries, but the second half has an interesting transition to mainly greffle-like bitterness, as is typical of Tokujun.
The finish was crisp and delicious as expected 😋😋😋😋.
Beautiful aroma, fresh and juicy on the palate😍.
It's fresh packed but like a fresh sake 🥰.
It tasted considerably better than when I drank it before👍
This was another one I drank too much of 😋.
The owner of the pub wished me a happy birthday and a drink. (Of course I paid for it, lol).
I am ashamed to admit that this was the first time I had ever had sake, but it was also delicious.
It was an unforgettable drink with memories.
Sake for restaurants only? It is said to be a restaurant-only sake.
Characteristic mouthfeel like a unique sourness.
The sense of brewer's alcohol is weak.
It's been a while since I've been out drinking alone.
I decided to drink something I haven't had in a long time.
I decided to start with this.
I have not had Saitama sake for a long time.
It has a moderate acidity and fruity sweetness.
It is juicy like a peach.
The acidity gives it a nice kick.
Yes, it is delicious.
It is different from Hana-yoso, but I wonder if it is the same as it in the lineage.
