Sairai Junmai Ginjo♪ from Kuboyama Sake Brewery. I had no connection to Craft Sake Week or Hasegawa Kameido, but I dissipated by drinking at home! The aroma is mild and the acidity is strong. This ended my battle with the bottles in the fridge, and I made it in time for the May hanpukai!
Muscat-like slight effervescence. The ginjo aroma of rice spreads with the sweetness, and combined with the acidity, leaves a pleasant aftertaste. This is a delicious sake whose aroma can be enjoyed!
Sairai Junmai Ginjo Nama-zume🍶.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
The mouthfeel is juicy, sweet and sour like passion fruit.
It's delicious with a lot of flavor.
The aroma doesn't stand up so well.
But the taste is mellow, with just the right amount of sweetness and just the right amount of sourness, and the sourness doesn't seem to be washing out the sweetness. This is what I like about Sairai!
It has a beautiful sweetness and is not habit-forming. But it's different from the beautiful sweetness of Shinshu Kamerei or other varieties.

Sweet, gassy and fresh.

This is a limited edition sake from my favorite Sairai!
It is made from Omachi, which means it is delicious even before you drink it!

Sairai is originally a sweet and juicy type of sake, but I think this Polar has a stronger first attack.
The clarity of the color from the middle to the end of the bottle is also good.
It has a moderate bitterness and is not too strong!
