I like it very much. It is frosty and smells ooey-gooey and fruity. It tastes like muscat, and the umami flavor remains all the way through while retaining the sweetness. I can drink as much of this as I want.
Third kind of the day 👀.
My favorite brand.

After the sake party, we went to a bar owned by a friend of mine to meet a cute girl from Akita (*my friend).
It just so happened to be the day of the sake party, so I thought, "This is a good omen for spring!
I brought two bottles of "Sairai" and "Urara and Kurara" because I wanted to drink with everyone even though I only needed one bottle!
It was my first time to drink Sairai, but it tasted fresh, refreshing and elegant!
It was not as sweet as I had imagined, thinking that women were the main target audience, but it seemed to go well with everything...

Sake Brewer's Comment
We are pleased to announce the release of a fresh "Sairai Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu" from the Sairai Special Junmai series, the first bottling of 2025. This sake has a dignified taste like a flower blooming through the winter.
The fruity aroma is reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries. Please enjoy the fine taste of clear sweetness and clean acidity, balanced with a hint of gaseousness.
It is delicious!
Gone in a jiffy 😄.
Price: 2,800 yen
3,080 yen🥹 including tax
It is a cheap and tasty sake 🍶.
You can't buy it very often, but please drink it.
A bottle made with Akaban Omachi, which is available only during Sairai's limited time.
The stylish bottle with a ribbon looks like it would be a nice gift. The taste is elegant and sweet like muscat with a lingering aftertaste, so it is very drinkable!
It has a beautiful taste that can be enjoyed by everyone!

Yes, it's delicious!
I honestly can't remember what it tasted like since we drank it to close out the camping trip, but it was a stable Sairai!
I drank it with a friend who came with me and we raved about it!
No wonder 😎.
No complaints. 8.5 points.
