Sake from my hometown in Saitama (Sai-no-kuni yori katari shiranai reishu) has become a major sake...sweet aroma, gorgeous and fruity...sweet on the palate! The 4th bottle I stocked up on my trip to Saitama ^ ^. Sairai's ORIGAMI٩٩³(ᐛ)و The clerk at Yukinoya Kogure Sake Shop was so good at talking that I couldn't help but buy it (^^;) Pleasant sweetness. Soft mouthfeel. Sharp acidity. This will make you drink too much if you are not careful. (**I'm not sure...)

The third one I stocked on my trip to Saitama ^ ^. It is not too much to say that I came to travel to Saitama Prefecture for this Sairai. The red label on the black bottle is cool. Fruity aroma, slight gasiness, beautiful acidity 🤩. We are very satisfied with the taste that lives up to its reputation٩٩³( ᐛ )و

Sairai, special junmai was opened 🎉. Today we opened a bottle of my favorite Sairai 😆. It's a hard to find Sairai, so I always have high expectations for it 😍. I'm excited to drink it again 🥂. First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will first be hit with a berry sweetness. The rice flavor follows it, and then the acidity follows it. The three combine to complete the deliciousness. ‼️ The aftertaste is crisp and refreshing without leaving much of a lingering aftertaste. It's delicious 👍Yes😋😋😋😋😋. Coherent and easy to drink🍶. It's quite well-rounded and beautifully easy to drink 🥰. Not too sweet, just right for a mid-meal drink. Well made and well balanced. A little more fruity and sour in my opinion 🧐. But maybe this is more to everyone's taste 💕. I preferred this special junmai label🩷 to the standard sake light blue label🩵 we had last time: ❣️ Once again, I realize how different the taste can be depending on the rice and the production method. Maybe comparing the same brands is one of the ways to enjoy them 😆. The next Sairai Spring Sake is waiting in the wings at my house 🤗. I have high hopes for Sairai again 🙌

I haven't had a Sairai for a while 🤔 and I looked back and found that the last time I had the same one was 2 years ago 😌 I went from sweet to sour to delicious to bitter and it was thick, refreshing and had a punch! I don't know what that means😅.

My favorite Ayairai! Hana Sumi🍶. It has a fresh mouthfeel with some chili, but the soft sweetness is very nice and good 😋. Delicious 😋.

I was attracted by the spring-like label 😆. Gorgeous 🍓 fragrance is well ✨. Mike Bubble 🫧 Sweetness is mild, slightly acidic and dry. The lees mixture adds fullness and mildness. It was 🧐 easy to drink, not like 🧐16 degrees, and it was my husband who was Noh-killed💕.

Long time no see, Sara. I can't convert it, so I used katakana. The slanting label seems to be very unusual. It is a good point of view. Unfortunately, it was properly chilled, so the cork didn't fly out. The aroma is zingy...no, it also has a hint of sweetness. It is quite a complex aroma. The mouthfeel is soft. The sweetness comes first, but then you feel the spiciness. I wonder if the alcohol content of 16% is responsible for this (what is this expression? lol). It's like you don't get tired of drinking it. For me, the second day was a bit rounder and I liked it better. However, I would prefer it to be a little lower in alcohol content.

This is Sairai's Spring Sake🌸. The top aroma is slightly sweet, like Japanese sweets made of rice flour. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the schwar🫧 and youthfulness. It is a little dry, but has a hint of milky juicy sweet and sour. It is slightly bitter and crisp. It was quite delicious ✨🍶.
