Sairai Yoinokaze Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake
Memorandum
I was sweating a lot after weeding all day.
I had this one because I worked so hard.
It has a refreshing lactic acid aroma.
It has an alcoholic and pungent taste, but it is still juicy. It is delicious.
I am so happy.
After opening Sasa Masamune, Ayaka moved indoors from the front of the house.
This is a peach.
The aroma was deliciously sweet and the taste was clear and refined. The acidity is also refreshing, and the way it all comes together is elegant 😋.
The Sairai I drank before was more delicate, but this one is very elegant ✨.
The first time I drank this sake, I was shocked!
The aroma is surprisingly mild. It has a dense sweetness. It is only faintly perceptible.
However, the taste is rich and extremely juicy.
There is no sourness at all, and the flavor and sweetness spread in a colorful way.
The aftertaste is still a little light, maybe because it is a new sake?
We have high expectations for this year's Sairai!
Lately, I've been craving a sweet-ish ginjo type of sake.
Jacket value ... 6/10
This is an ambitious work that uses the color "blue," which is known to decrease appetite, on the label, but strangely enough, it doesn't make me feel bad.
Ki ... 18/20
The hue is suddenly pale and lees-like, the smell is of a medium-high quality ginjo, and the first thing you notice is the acidity. But it soon dissolves and a world of sweetness opens up.
Sei... 19/20
The texture has a lot of information on the tongue, including acidity and alcidity.
It has a strong stinging feeling, but it is no less pleasant.
Turning point ... 19/20
The sweetness and umami are more assertive, and the encounter with the juiciness of the rice, which is not a fruit, is also more intense.
It is full of sublimated smell...‼︎
Yui... 17/20
The acidity is persistent until the end of the bottle, and the sting from the Alc is strong here as well, but it has a magical power that makes you want to drink the next one without feeling tired.
Cospa ... 10/10
Purchased at 1,760 yen.
The taste and smell are both delicate and subtle.
It is an excellent work that allows you to fully enjoy the theory. You can taste something delicate in both taste and smell, so avoid stimulants.
89 points
The smell of sublimation is a straight sublimation smell without any confusion, and it is rare to find a sublimation smell that can reach this high level, although it is a combination technique only with sufficient sweetness backup.
On this day, we decided to layer a delicious sweet fruity for the challenge sake!
I paired this Sairai with Kata no Sakura!
I often see the light blue and white label of Sairai and drink it.
When I look back at the past postings, I see that there is a red label, too, which reminds me how delicious Sairai is!
Knowing about Sairai
Rice used・・・Koji rice: Yamadanishiki/Kake rice: Omachi
Polishing ratio・・・50
Alcohol content・・・15
Overall 8 (out of 10)
I bought "Sairai" which I was curious about from your post on Sake no Wa 😃.
According to the description
Enjoy the harmony created by the elegant ginjo aroma, the sweetness of the rice, and the fine acidity.
I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
Delicious 😋.
At first, the gentle ginjo aroma before drinking gives the impression of dryness, which is slightly different from what you might expect.
The sweetness of the rice soon follows, giving the impression of a gentle aftertaste.
The opposite image of a sweet sake with a spiciness that gives it a sharpness.
The sweetness of the rice softens the sharpness of the dry sake.
I got such an impression 😋👍
I served it chilled.
The image of the aroma that I felt...
-Aroma: A strong ginjo aroma 👍
-Aroma: A slight spiciness that passes through the nose.

I was curious about this beautiful human sake because it is from the prefecture 💖Tastes just like the design and name ✨Feels like a bottle you would want to keep in a western restaurant ❗️I was wondering about the main course of salmon this day, but I decided to make it meuniere instead of grilled 😊.
Good morning, shinsaku3 & Pekho 🐥.
I laughed and nodded my head at Peckho's "beautiful human being" 🤣I only drink outside, but the white and pale blue labels sure taste elegant 😊.
Pon-chan💕Good morning 😃I'm glad you share my sentiments 🥰Sara is one of the most graceful and beautiful women in the store fridge, while most sake is masculine looking ✨I think I've seen you in pink before too ❓I wonder if we can meet again 🩷.
...
I had never had a local sake from my home prefecture, so I decided to give it a try.
I had heard it was sweet, but it was exactly as I had expected. It was not what a dry sake lover would buy.
I know what I like and what this place has to offer, but I'm sorry I bought it just to see what it was like.
It has a light, refreshing aftertaste.
The fruity aroma and sweetness are well balanced, making it a sake that will appeal to everyone.
It makes you want to go to a restaurant that carries this kind of sake!
