Sairai after a long time I heard that Aru Soe was out. Cold sake Mellow aroma with a hint of melon. Really similar to Jyushiyo Honmaru... Light, but with a nice sweetness that lingers on the tongue. The aftertaste is acidic without being peculiar. Vegetables rather than meat?

I opened the bottle after the Wakanami comparison, so it seemed to be even sweeter than the first sip. Yesterday, on the second day, I felt a light sourness in the sweetness.
