I'm sorry. This weekend, TOMO-san is here for a conference. That means we should have a drink, and since it is close to my office, let's have a Yokohama (petit) off-line meeting! We chose a restaurant in Kannai that I had been wanting to go to. I had been drinking standing up before, but this time I decided to sit down. Good girls know that I was in Nagano on Friday morning 😆. From Nagano to Omiya by Shinkansen, from Omiya to Yokohama by Shonan Shinjuku line, and then to Kannai by Negishi line. It's a big move 🤣. I was with the usual yukachin and Kagura master ichiro18 (I was involved in a comment to invite him 😅). I also invited misamisao, who I've always wanted to have a drink with, to join me in the comments. I have to meet people I want to meet. Sorry for those who couldn't make it: 🙇‍♀️ Now, you may be surprised to see the picture. There are too many drinks in the all-you-can-drink section. It's crazy, this place 🤣I definitely can't drink all of it. I drank more than any other group, but I couldn't finish it. Now, I wonder how many gouges I drank by myself. I can't calculate it. 🙂‍↔️ Posted by Wangrok's Jodi. Special limited shipment! It was definitely rich, but it was light and tasty and impressive. All the others, like Higan and Bishu no Sekkei, were also very good. I even forgot to toast with Jyushidai Honmaru😅.

Matsue Izumo Trip 4 The 4th cup of sake at Temahima Ryori Nekko-ya 😁. I had 200 CI in the middle of the trip, so I decided to skip the 3rd glass and have "Oroku Jouki" which I was able to capture a bottle of 😁. Including the comparison of three different types of sake, I felt that the Hakko and the Jokki were the best for me 😋. The store aims to be the best in Japan in handling Ohroku, and they keep their sake in a -5°C refrigerator 😚. Since we were at the counter, he explained the sake each time and gave me sake recommendations and sake shops in Shimane, so it was an enjoyable drinking experience 😋.

Really delicious 😋 sparkling aged drops. 2023 vintage named after the president. I thought it would taste more yellow, but it is indeed. Bottled without being exposed to oxygen, aged at a low temperature of minus 5 degrees Celsius, what a beautiful melted snow mouthfeel. Cotton candy, melon, a hint of banana, smooth and juicy, yet full. If it can be this colorful after a year of aging, I'd like to stay for a year too 💋. When I drank it the next day, it had an even deeper, sharper taste with added nuts and herbs! Oroku Jouki Namazake Rated 4.5 55% polished rice, Junmai Ginjo, 17.5% alcohol by volume, Manufactured with Yamadanishiki produced in the Kamiihigashi district of Higashiizumo Town It was brewed in 1995, when Jouki VI entered the brewery for the first time and brewed one small dank bottle by himself.
