I'm sorry.
This weekend, TOMO-san is here for a conference. That means we should have a drink, and since it is close to my office, let's have a Yokohama (petit) off-line meeting! We chose a restaurant in Kannai that I had been wanting to go to. I had been drinking standing up before, but this time I decided to sit down.
Good girls know that I was in Nagano on Friday morning 😆.
From Nagano to Omiya by Shinkansen, from Omiya to Yokohama by Shonan Shinjuku line, and then to Kannai by Negishi line. It's a big move 🤣.
I was with the usual yukachin and Kagura master ichiro18 (I was involved in a comment to invite him 😅). I also invited misamisao, who I've always wanted to have a drink with, to join me in the comments. I have to meet people I want to meet. Sorry for those who couldn't make it: 🙇♀️
Now, you may be surprised to see the picture. There are too many drinks in the all-you-can-drink section. It's crazy, this place 🤣I definitely can't drink all of it. I drank more than any other group, but I couldn't finish it. Now, I wonder how many gouges I drank by myself. I can't calculate it. 🙂↔️
Posted by Wangrok's Jodi. Special limited shipment! It was definitely rich, but it was light and tasty and impressive. All the others, like Higan and Bishu no Sekkei, were also very good. I even forgot to toast with Jyushidai Honmaru😅.
Hi Ane 🌞.
That's great 🍶.
You can drink this if you have any of the food courses + all-you-can-drink pre-drink 🙄.
I wish I was off the next day and the timing was right 😌.
Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo 🌇.
All-you-can-drink is 1650 yen! You can get your money's worth after 2 drinks depending on what you want to drink! You'll get plenty of food too 😁I recommend coming here on your next day off 😄.
Good evening, bouken🌉.
I drink from Gokotsuru for 440 yen for 90ml and it's on the all-you-can-drink menu. I can't help but wonder how they make a profit 😅.
Ane, thanks for the big trip. I was so drunk I almost don't remember the second half, but it was fun. ☺️ It was delicious to feel the gas in the birthplace 🫧 (much of the first half?)
Good evening, TOMO 🌙
I still remember the one in this picture. I'm not sure if I drank both of the Nabeshima's you mentioned? I want to drink this Oroku one more time!
Good evening, MISAMISAO!
Were you drunk? I thought you might be strong from your usual postings, so you are right! I'm sorry I invited you to such a banquet after meeting you for the first time😅I look forward to working with you in the future 🤲.
Hi Koizo 😃
This was the reason why I couldn't change the schedule this time, sorry 🙇♀️ I hope next time.
I'm not walking in front of the fridge after all 😆.
Matsue Izumo Trip 4
The 4th cup of sake at Temahima Ryori Nekko-ya 😁.
I had 200 CI in the middle of the trip, so I decided to skip the 3rd glass and have "Oroku Jouki" which I was able to capture a bottle of 😁.
Including the comparison of three different types of sake, I felt that the Hakko and the Jokki were the best for me 😋.
The store aims to be the best in Japan in handling Ohroku, and they keep their sake in a -5°C refrigerator 😚.
Since we were at the counter, he explained the sake each time and gave me sake recommendations and sake shops in Shimane, so it was an enjoyable drinking experience 😋.
Hello, Maaan!
Congratulations on your 200 check-ins 🎉.
It's nice to have a sake for the milestone with a local sake from your trip 🎵.
I had Jouki the other day with warmed sake and it was delicious 😋.
It's also nice to chat with the staff at the counter 🤗.
Hi Masaaki Sapporo, thank you 😀 I'm looking forward to drinking local sake when I travel so I found a good one 😁 I was told about a liquor store that carries it but I gave up because it requires refrigeration 🤣.
Good morning, ma-ki-. Thank you 😀
It was indeed a great sake, sake on the road is the best, isn't it? Next time I'll try heated sake 😋 I'm glad I can drink while talking about sake with the waiter, since my wife can't drink at all 🤣.
Congratulations on your 200 check-in, Maa🎉🎉!
It's great that you got to drink local sake during your trip 👍✨I can't drink Oroku very often, so I'm looking at it as the best 😊.
I'm so surprised at the size of the shimenawa!
Thank you, Pon-chan 😀
It's fun to drink local sake when traveling, isn't it 😊 I visited a restaurant I had checked out on [Adult Travel Aruki Tabi].
I went there because they had Oroku 😀.
The shimenawa was bigger than I expected 🤣.
Good morning, Maa 😃.
Congratulations on your 200 check-ins at ㊗️㊗️ with your travel memories sake 🍶🎉!
We too dream of going around Japan enjoying the local sake and food 🥹.
Really delicious 😋 sparkling aged drops. 2023 vintage named after the president. I thought it would taste more yellow, but it is indeed. Bottled without being exposed to oxygen, aged at a low temperature of minus 5 degrees Celsius, what a beautiful melted snow mouthfeel. Cotton candy, melon, a hint of banana, smooth and juicy, yet full. If it can be this colorful after a year of aging, I'd like to stay for a year too 💋.
When I drank it the next day, it had an even deeper, sharper taste with added nuts and herbs!
Oroku Jougei Junmai Nama Nama Zake 2023
Origin: Shimane Prefecture
Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 17.5
Good evening, mayu 😃.
I can feel the sparkling aged goodness in your review 🤗It would be interesting to see how it would age 😪 if it had been sitting for a year 😄But it might be hard not to drink alcohol for a year 😆.
Oroku Jouki Namazake
Rated 4.5
55% polished rice, Junmai Ginjo, 17.5% alcohol by volume, Manufactured with Yamadanishiki produced in the Kamiihigashi district of Higashiizumo Town
It was brewed in 1995, when Jouki VI entered the brewery for the first time and brewed one small dank bottle by himself. This is a gem that draws out the character of the wild Kamiihigashi rice, and continues to exude a presence that can be described as "Ohroku.
Heating sake brings out the sweetness and umami of the Yamadanishiki. Relatively good at all temperatures. Soft touch. It tastes like chocolate. Good acidity and a refreshing aftertaste while remaining mild. Great as a food sake. It is also delicious heated.
OH-SUKU Jouki blue Hon-Draft 30BY

Jouki" is a brand named after the sixth generation brewer, Mr. Ishihara Jouki, and "blue" is the Hon-draft version (no hi-ire),
It has a strong character that is gently enveloped in a refreshing taste.
It was introduced in 2016 as a refreshing taste that gently embraces its strong character.
Wang Luk Brewery
Takemichi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered
A refreshing, green apple-like aroma.
The first sip is sweet and slightly acidic.
The first sip is sweet and slightly acidic, but it doesn't feel like it has 17.5 degrees. It has a beautiful flavor with little bitterness. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink.
