It's very drinkable, ah.
It's another elusive taste that I can't quite grasp, sweet, spicy, and acidic, but it's dark and robust. And I don't know if "beautiful" is the right word to describe it, that's about all I can say with my vocabulary, but, well, it tastes like that.
So if I don't restrain myself, I drink more and more.
I see, so this is the swamp.
Degree of liking 9/10
Postscript after 4 days
From the 2nd day, the mysterious taste changed to a dry one, and it tasted dry after 4 days (kept in ice temperature). The range and speed of the taste change are large in the Ohroku category, and I think you can enjoy the unique taste of Ohroku if you drink it up as soon as you open the bottle.
What happens when "blue" is added?
Jacket value... 6/10.
I think it goes better with the black bottle.
Ki ... 13/20
The color is that of old sake, as you can see from the appearance, and the smell is mainly old sake, but it also has a strange freshness.
Sei... 11/20
It has a lightness like a summer sake.
The Alc numbness and odor on the tongue like old sake is satisfying, but the question of the flavor remains.
It is not like it would be if the sweetness and flavor did not blow up here.
Turning... 12/20
It is more acidic than astringent. The aroma is heavy, but you can feel the acidity.
Yui ... 16/20
It is a summer sake, but summer sake is not my cup of tea.
COSPA ... 4/10
The cost of keeping it refrigerated may be a bottleneck.
The cost of maintaining the refrigeration temperature may be a bottleneck.

I should have known that the clear bottle was in danger.
The aftertaste is fuller and tastier at higher temperatures, so there is no need to be concerned about storage temperature.
I was at a sake bar in Akabane once and asked for a dry, clear recommendation!
I remember it was delicious, so I'm glad!
The taste is clean and clear!
You can also taste the umami of the rice.
The package is very cool 😎.
The taste is not overshadowed by the cool packaging!
A few years ago, when I first started enjoying sake, a clerk at an antenna store in Shimane told me that he personally recommended a Shimane sake called Ohroku, which is not available here, so I looked for a distributor and bought some. I don't remember what it tasted like, but I do remember thinking that it was some kind of samurai-like sake....
Although it is a Jokai brand name, I bought it for the first time in several years due to the liquor store's strong recommendation. They released a little bit of the 2017 vintage that was ready to drink.
The aroma is full-bodied and nutty, like nuts and avocado.
On the palate, hmmm? What is this... sweet... or so I thought... but it is not sweet... the savory, aged-like richness comes with a gulp and quickly disappears with a strong acidity, sh.... It's a sensation I've never had before, and it's delicious.
After opening the bottle, it rounds out and softens. There may be a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. The fullness and umami are still there, but the mouthfeel becomes gentler and easier to drink.
I didn't get the impression that it was particularly like a samurai, but I would like to try a Super-Oroku or something like it again.
It may be difficult to age a sake at this level, but I hope to encounter it again when my taste buds have grown up.
Good morning, Kotaro 😃.
The presence of the King's Rake is very samurai-like 😊.
I didn't know about Jodi 😅 2017 vintage! The name Takemichi made me think of Timelapse ⁉️ 😆 Tasteful rice is easy to understand!
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
I'm sure you're right, Takemichi is a torybe... I couldn't time leap to 2017... 🤣I'm sorry for my poor impression, but I'm glad to hear that 💪✨I'll keep working on it ☺️
R1BY. 55% polished with a clear flavor and sharpness with acidity. There is not much sense of maturity, but it has a sense of gravity typical of San'in sake.
Souvenir of Shimane Prefecture! Takemichi blue from Oroku Shuzo!
It is no exaggeration to say that I came to Shimane-Tottori to buy this. Due to thorough quality control, this is a fantastic sake that can only be purchased at a few special dealers. Purchased at Food Studio Kakuban, Takashimaya Annex, Yonago. Comparison of Shiboritate and Oroku!
Gentle aroma of rice,
Smooth and soft, with a gentle sweetness and acidity.
The unfiltered rice flavor, astringency and bitterness are well balanced,
It is completely different from freshly squeezed sake,
It has a mildly matured, calm umami with a slightly dry taste.
When warmed to lukewarm, it has a citrus-like acidity and a refreshing, full-bodied umami. It has a gentle taste. It is delicious!
The sake cup is a Kutani ware that was purchased after moving from Shimane, Tottori to Ishikawa. The beautiful pattern matches the gentle taste.

Sweet->Savory->Acid
The sweetness and umami of the rice is tremendous!
It is too good!
The taste is almost the same on the 3rd day after opening the bottle.
I met this sake at a restaurant where I used to go for a drink.
It was delicious and I ordered a few drinks 🍶.
The liquor store I sometimes go to carries Oroku, so I looked for it and found a bottle called blue, so I brought it home 🤭.
It's still delicious 😆.
It's so easy to drink ✨.
It's hard to describe how good it tastes 🤨.
If you have the chance to come across this sake, you should definitely drink it 💕
