Matsue Izumo Trip The fifth and final drink at Nekko-ya 😁. I wanted to visit Gassan Tomita Castle before Matsue Castle, but it was a mountain castle and it would have taken about 2 hours to get there. We went to Yoshida Sake Brewery in Gassan nearby and asked about the sake we were going to buy as a souvenir 😁. We decided to have Junmai Ginjo here, it was a little bit sweet but it was easy to drink without any lingering aftertaste 😅I prefer something a little spicier 😅. The izakaya also told us that Gassan is a slightly sweet sake 😁.

Travel in Matsue and Izumo The third cup of sake at Nekko-ya 😁. Today's Oroku, which we compared to the other two, was "Kei", which also had a slightly unique aroma 😊. The third one is "Saba no Shokara (salted mackerel)" which seems to be a common dish in Shimane ‼️ The owner offered to serve me some sake to go with it since I only ordered sake, but since I can't eat fish, my wife decided to have it 😅. I can't eat fish, so my wife decided to have it 😅.

Matsue Izumo Trip 4 The 4th cup of sake at Temahima Ryori Nekko-ya 😁. I had 200 CI in the middle of the trip, so I decided to skip the 3rd glass and have "Oroku Jouki" which I was able to capture a bottle of 😁. Including the comparison of three different types of sake, I felt that the Hakko and the Jokki were the best for me 😋. The store aims to be the best in Japan in handling Ohroku, and they keep their sake in a -5°C refrigerator 😚. Since we were at the counter, he explained the sake each time and gave me sake recommendations and sake shops in Shimane, so it was an enjoyable drinking experience 😋.

Hello, Maaan! Congratulations on your 200 check-ins 🎉. It's nice to have a sake for the milestone with a local sake from your trip 🎵. I had Jouki the other day with warmed sake and it was delicious 😋. It's also nice to chat with the staff at the counter 🤗.

Hi Masaaki Sapporo, thank you 😀 I'm looking forward to drinking local sake when I travel so I found a good one 😁 I was told about a liquor store that carries it but I gave up because it requires refrigeration 🤣.

Good morning, ma-ki-. Thank you 😀 It was indeed a great sake, sake on the road is the best, isn't it? Next time I'll try heated sake 😋 I'm glad I can drink while talking about sake with the waiter, since my wife can't drink at all 🤣.

Congratulations on your 200 check-in, Maa🎉🎉! It's great that you got to drink local sake during your trip 👍✨I can't drink Oroku very often, so I'm looking at it as the best 😊. I'm so surprised at the size of the shimenawa!

Thank you, Pon-chan 😀 It's fun to drink local sake when traveling, isn't it 😊 I visited a restaurant I had checked out on [Adult Travel Aruki Tabi]. I went there because they had Oroku 😀. The shimenawa was bigger than I expected 🤣.

Travel to Matsue and Izumo (3) The second round of drinks at Temahima Cuisine Nekko-ya 😁. All the dishes were delicious, but the most delicious was the "80" 😋. They say on TV that the shijimi in Lake Shinji are big, but they really are 😁.

Matsue Izumo Trip 2 At night, we went to "Temahima Cuisine Nekko-ya" 😁. The reason we chose this restaurant was because they serve "Ohroku", so we started with a set of three different types of sake 😚. Unfortunately, no bottles were available, and the menu is a bit old, so I don't know the specs, but I decided to start with the super Oroku on the left 😋 Incidentally, today's Oroku is called "Kei". By the way, today's Oroku is called "Kei". The aroma of the Kei is a little different from my usual sake, and I drank too much afterwards 😅😅. All of them were delicious, but the one I enjoyed the most was the "Ha-Xi" 😋.
