Bunraku is from the same brewery as Sairai 🍶.
It's been a while since I drank it 😆.
This is my first time to try Sun Citron.
According to the store's information, it is a citrusy, refreshingly sweet and refreshing sake, low in alcohol and easy to drink. ☝️
I'll try it right away 🥂.
First, the aroma.
Not much of an aroma.
The sweetness of the orange 🍊 type gently spreads on the palate.
No gassiness, and a strong bitterness in the second half.
The aftertaste is crisp.
This is another difficult one 🤨.
It's definitely citrusy sweetness of orange 🍊, but the bitterness in the second half is similar to the bitterness of the peel of a green mandarin orange that's not quite ready to eat yet💦.
Overall, not too sweet.
I drank it for the juicy citrus sweetness, so it's not quite sweet enough for me.
It's low al but I didn't like the taste so I didn't gobble it up😅.
Not bad by any means: ☝️
I think it's good if you like this much sweetness and bitterness 😋.
If you like sweet and sour juicy like me 😍 it might be a little bit bad 💧.

Refreshing, as befits its name. However, there is no bitterness, and it is a drink that can be drunk with a swish.

I went to a liquor store I don't usually go to because I couldn't find it at Edion in Namba, which carries a lot of CWS.
I couldn't find it in the fridge, so I asked the store staff and we searched together and found it in the back 💦.
It looked like the last one.
I was interested in Nechiozan because it looked rare, but the date was 23 years ago 😅.

Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree -3.5, Ogawa yeast
Surprised it's unfiltered raw sake at 10% alcohol.
The glass is full of microbubbles, but when you drink it, it is not so much. It is slightly effervescent and tastes like yogurt with the flavor of rice. It tastes like yogurt and is quite dry.
It is easy to drink like water. It is quite unique.
It's like Argo with a stronger sake flavor 🤔.
A little bitterness in the aftertaste when the temperature rises.
Easy to drink and I emptied it on the same day due to refrigerator problems😇.

BUNRAKU NEW WAVE - SHIRONERI ORIGARUMI Unfiltered Nama Sake
Bunraku's CWS is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with an alcohol content of 10%.
It is served cold.
When the bottle was opened, there was a short gas sound.
When poured into a glass, the entire side of the glass is covered with fine bubbles.
The color is a misty silver hue with a hint of ochre.
The top aroma is of lactic acid fermentation and a little bit of yogurt.
On the palate, there is less carbonation than expected, and a little bit of weak gassiness.
The taste is slightly mineral with a hint of rice flavor and a gentle yogurt taste. There is little sweetness, and the aroma in the nose is slightly yogurt.
Yogurt with a gaseous taste may not be a good match, but the low alcohol content makes it light and easy to drink.
I found myself downing a whole bottle 💦.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic)
Alcohol content: 10%.

The second half of GW is our Prince's birthday and we are taking the eastbound trip to Tokyo🚄.
We got in a day before and went for a walk in Yokohama, his wife's favorite city.
Lunch at Pio City in Noge 🍺.
We were so impressed that we could find such a paradise 😍After enjoying the lunchtime drinking, we got caught in a downpour 😅.
So, back to the story...
On the day of his birthday, we met again after 5 months... he suddenly cried 😂.
Only 5 months and he's a stranger to me 😱sad😭.
In the end, we started the birthday party without getting used to each other.
First, we had our first drink, "Bunraku".
The aroma is normal and a little sake-like, but the taste is clean and easy to drink, and although I was confused by the imbalance with the aroma, I easily emptied the bottle😅.
It was a brand that I could not find in my hometown, so it was a good harvest of my expedition.
