Today is my first time to try Bunraku. I looked it up and the flavor is similar to Senkou, it suits me already! As usual, I mixed it before serving 😋. A slightly subdued yet delicious aroma to pear-like sweetness! Hi 🙋‍♂️ it's soooo good! It's so light and easy to drink that it doesn't even remind you that it's 16% 👍

Good evening, Jay & Nobby! This was my first time to Bunraku, but I didn't know it was from the same brewery as Sairai 😅. I was attracted by the word "pear-like", and my expectations grew when I saw the resemblance to Senkou, and then I was convinced after drinking it 😋.

The top aroma is pleasantly citrusy. It has a strong acidity and sweetness, like a lemon squash for adults. Although the alcohol content is high at 16%, it is very easy to drink.

Purchased after being recommended by a liquor store in Saitama. They said it was a modern brand with a focus on acidity. Fresh and slightly effervescent. Acid bitterness of grapefruit, sweetness with a fair amount of juiciness, juicy. As recommended, it is delicious!

Booked an evening course at Bunraku Tozo, which I had longed for. I made my debut of hot sake. The aroma was more explosive than when served cold. A totally different taste. When I arrived at the restaurant, the hall and private rooms were full of customers with reservations. It was a bit difficult to get drinks and food, but I was able to eat and drink slowly and enjoy chatting with my fellow diners.

Opened November 4, 2025 Purchased at the brewery Commemorative 900 check-in: ❗️ Much better‼️ Yanari Bunraku ^ ^. They don't sell this sake very often at the brewery 🍶. It has a refreshing citrusy acidity, overall soft but fruity taste🍊. Somehow, it makes me feel a little excited ☺️ young sake 🍶.

Hiro. Thank you for your comment 😊 Yes, it is a direct sales shop attached to the Northwest Sake Brewery building! You can't sample the sake, but I recommend the soba noodles shop next door 🤣 which is also directly managed by the brewery. There is a set to compare drinks ^ ^.

It was light, with an alcohol content of 10%. It had a gassy and fruity taste like melon and grapefruit. The low alcohol content made it a dangerous ⚠️ encounter, as I almost drank too much if I didn't restrain myself.
