At chuin-san the other day ⑤.
Sake we received while visiting the owner, Mr. Kawada
Next is "BUNRAKU NEW WAVE Nama-Zume".
This sake is produced by Kitanishi Shuzo, which brews Bunraku and Sairai in Saitama Prefecture.
This is one of Bunraku's concept workers selection.
It is a "first sake for the 2021 generation✕Kitanishi-shuzo's challenge" and is designed to be easily enjoyed by those who are new to Japanese sake.
The sake has a very low alcohol content of 10% 😳.
The appearance is a warm, almost transparent crystal.
The aroma is...a bit unusual.
A strange cohabitation of tropical and graininess🤔.
Salty and watery texture.
The graininess, including honest sweetness, characteristic acidity, and complexity, flows smoothly with a watery feel.
The back palate has a light graininess and complexity.
For those who like to guzzle in summer but not so much dry sake 🤔.
For those who are used to sake, especially for those who like sweet and mellow sake like me, it may be a bit dry on the palate.
I hope it will lead to the debut of sake in the age of smart drinks.
Fruity and juicy.
An honestly delicious sake.
The level of fruity flavor is high, while keeping the flavor intact.
It is very beautiful and tasty, and there is no room at all for it to be delivered at the level of supermarkets.
Personally, however, I would like it to have a stronger character.
Sorry I didn't take a picture of the label.
It's been a while since I've been to a drinking establishment, but I checked and it's been about a year and a half since I've been there.
If I had to pick one, it would be the Bunraku in the middle.
It has a light nigori taste, which I like, but it has just the right balance of acidity, sweetness, and umami.
I had a drink with a friend from high school for the first time in 5 years.
We drank Bunraku, Yamori, Sugata, and Houken, but I think I liked Bunraku the best.
It is fruity but refreshing and goes well with food.
Lured by the good food and the waitress, we ate and drank a lot...it was a good night.
fruity flavor
Fruity aroma, smooth attack. The taste is clean and delicious. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
For the second glass, I changed the mood and switched to a fruity sake. It is a Bunraku-like umakuchi.
Rigel distribution!
We received 2 bottles of Bunraku✨
This one is a refreshing sweet lemon 🍋!
Delicious as always 😋.
Miso Ramen Rikimaru by Josui
Miso ramen with a gentle sweetness 😋.
Rigel distribution!
We received 2 bottles of Bunraku✨
Juicy sweet and sour lemon 🍋.
Delicious as always 😋.
Hidden local ramen, Yakuzen Ramen🍜.
I used to go to this restaurant when I lived in Nagoya ✨.
Gentle pork bone soy sauce ☺️ I miss it 🍜.
I love both korai and manraku styles👍
Good morning, kino. Yakuzen Ramen? I don't think it suits you. Even if it is medicinal herbs, it is bad for your health to endure! It's like "just keep on eating meat!
Hi, Nochi-san!
I heard that it is called Yakuzen Ramen, but there is only a little bit of Chinese herbs in the soup, so it doesn't seem to be good for you 🤣.
This is the first sake shop I visited in Saitama to buy some Saitama sake I hadn't tasted yet. This liquor store is located in a private house and has no signboard.
The first day I opened the bottle, I drank about one gou of the sake because I felt a strange alcohol sensation. On the second day, I drank it while eating various snacks, and I could feel the umami and it was delicious. As I thought, the snacks were very important😌.
Hello, freelancer first generation man 😃!
Surprisingly, you had not yet tasted Saitama sake next door!
Congratulations on your first Saitama sake ‼️ at Bunraku-san on the first leg of your Saitama liquor store tour ㊗️ 🎉!
You're right, the ate is important 😚.
Hi Jay & Nobby ^^^^!
Thank you very much for your kind words! I went to Saitama this time to try Sairai, but I couldn't find it anywhere 😥 Well, in the spirit of "if you can't have it, you can have this" 💪😎.
★★★★★
Great impact at first sip. Dark and fruity. Aroma so mellow that you can't help but roar. Sourness and fizziness in the aftertaste. Very delicious sake.
