I was told that it was like wine, and I can certainly taste the acidity behind the sweetness. But the aroma is like koji, like heshiko...I think I sense a salty taste.
It is unique, but
Delicious...
I went to an eel skewer restaurant the other day. They have a number of local sake on tap, including Tobiroki Special Junmai, and one of my favorites is this one. It is a very good sake with an ideal balance of sweetness and spiciness, yet the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing. It is a perfect match for eel. It was the best, except for the bill...(・・ω・・・)Taka cutter!
Purchased from a free Bunraku tasting at a liquor store. It was the cheapest one, but the aroma was citrusy and gassy, and the taste had a good acidity and sweetness, making it a good quality sake. After this, the two of them left for further sake adventure.
Hi Ars, good evening 🌆I like the idea of meeting people at tastings! I don't have many tasting events in Ibaraki prefecture, maybe because all the liquor stores are far from the station 🤣.
Jay & Nobby, thanks for the tip, lol.
I thought it would be dangerous to open another bottle on the way back from the bike ride (lol), so I'll definitely have an adventure next time!
I bought this sake recommended by the owner of a liquor store: ❤️
I opened the bottle with a feeling of half anticipation and half anxiety 🎉.
The aroma is exactly like green apple😍.
In the mouth, it tastes sweet and acidic with a slight gasiness and a green apple aftertaste ❤️
I quite like the taste of this one 😊.
This one has 16% alcohol by volume, but the refreshing taste makes me want to gobble it up 💦.
This is, to put it mildly, a must repeat 😁.
Dear Jay & Nobby
Hello 😃
I love your tastings 😍.
I'm so jealous!
Yesterday, I was slightly hungover because I drank too much due to the ease of drinking.
Please go to ⚠️ and have fun 😊.
I was going to end the day with a glass of Kaze no Mori, but it was too easy to drink, on the contrary, it was not enough 😆.
It was not a lured water, but a lured drink 😏.
So, I had some Bunraku which was given to me by a friend of mine.
It's been a while since I've had Bunraku-san, but the sweetness and flavor at the moment of drinking is violent, not unlike the label 😁.
I couldn't help but say "sweet", perhaps because the comparison I just drank was with Kaze no Mori.
It is voluptuous and drinkable, and the aftertaste is not that strong, so there is a good sense of having drunk it.
I had an image of it being more relaxed, but I felt a nice gap 😚.
