It is a Bunraku fresh-stored sake limited to Hidakaya 🍶. I had a little drink with my colleagues after work. The first aroma is slightly sweet. The first sip has a slightly sweet aroma and a full-bodied umami flavor. Surprisingly, it is a dry sake with a refreshing taste. I think it would lose a little when served with dumplings or stir-fried vegetables with a strong seasoning at Hidakaya. It was delicious 🍶🥟.

The aroma is fresh and the mouthfeel is as clean and lemony as declared. After that, you will feel the sweetness of honey. I have the impression that it is an elegant honey lemon🍋🍯😋. REBORN's February limited edition sake, which was sold out when I purchased Bunraku. I came across a surprise restock ❗️ and bought it without hesitation ‼️ I was too happy to open the bottle last night in a drunken stupor, but my senses were already messed up💦, so I had it again today on my first serving 🤗.

Kitanishi Shuzo has been very active in Sairai recently. Bunraku is also very well made. I thought it would be characterized by bitterness, but it has a strong acidity and umami flavor, with only the chocolate flavor lingering.
