This is the first sake shop I visited in Saitama to buy some Saitama sake I hadn't tasted yet. This liquor store is located in a private house and has no signboard.
The first day I opened the bottle, I drank about one gou of the sake because I felt a strange alcohol sensation. On the second day, I drank it while eating various snacks, and I could feel the umami and it was delicious. As I thought, the snacks were very important😌.

Great impact at first sip. Dark and fruity. Aroma is so mellow that it makes you roar. Sourness and fizziness in the aftertaste. A very delicious sake.
