Bunraku Reborn
The color is clear and the aroma is reminiscent of vanilla.
It is also mild and light on the palate, which explains the name "moon sherbet"!
Crisp aroma with a hint of sourness: ❗️
The mouthfeel is juicy but softly sweet, with a fresh, clear acidity that spreads softly 🤤.
Dry taste that spreads from the mid-palate, beautiful sharpness and light flavor, perfect for summer drinking‼️
It has a characteristic acidity and a very good balance of umami and sweetness that seems to come up from the acidity at the center of the wine. ❗️
Delicious 😋😋😋😋
Bunraku Reborn
Blue Mist Junmai Ginjo
720ml unfiltered raw sake.
Mellow sweetness and aroma,
Nice gas feeling on the tongue. ❤️
The acidity is very good.
Sake that makes you feel like a lemon...
It is as expected!
Very delicious☻
The new Bunraku piece received from Rigel 🍶.
It is characterized by its sweet and sour taste.
I had a strong image of lactic acidity from Northwest Brewery,
But this one has almost no lactic acidity,
It has a great greefiness to it.
The third picture is the Sadamisaki Peninsula in Ehime, which I cycled to and from.
80% of the long and narrow area is uphill. It's tough 😓.
The fourth picture is DASH Island seen from the starting point: 🏝️
Bunraku Kitanishi Shuzo
Junmai Ginjo 50% polished rice
I was looking forward to drinking it for the first time...
But it was left at room temperature for 3 months in the summer...
It's not a regular taste, so I'll use it for my record.
It tasted plump and dry!
I had never had much sake from Saitama Prefecture, but I suddenly bought some at a liquor store 🍶.
It was so good that I was surprised I didn't know about it before: ‼️
A good balance of sourness and sweetness like lemon 🍋.
A dangerous one, too easy to drink⚠️
The lemon acidity is strong and the honey lemon sweetness is present, but the overall taste is refreshing. The carbonation is moderate. Low al 13 degrees. Melts in the mouth? 😋
Perfect for a hot night.
Sake brewed mainly by young brewers, stylish label and naming. 🐈️🐈️
