Slightly effervescent, the fruity flavor expands as it is swirled in the mouth. It has a sense of rice, sweetness, pear-like acidity, and a mellow, bitter umami. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. Bunraku is delicious. Cheap. I will buy it again. Second day. Alcohol 16%. Not low alcohol. Booked an evening course at Bunraku Tozo, which I had longed for. I made my debut of hot sake. The aroma was more explosive than when served cold. A totally different taste. When I arrived at the restaurant, the hall and private rooms were full of customers with reservations. It was a bit difficult to get drinks and food, but I was able to eat and drink slowly and enjoy chatting with my fellow diners.

Opened November 4, 2025 Purchased at the brewery Commemorative 900 check-in: ❗️ Much better‼️ Yanari Bunraku ^ ^. They don't sell this sake very often at the brewery 🍶. It has a refreshing citrusy acidity, overall soft but fruity taste🍊. Somehow, it makes me feel a little excited ☺️ young sake 🍶.

Mr. Machiner. Thank you for your comment😊. Yes, it's a 5 minute walk from Ageo station, so it's close and easy to get to ^ ^. They also run a soba restaurant, which I recommend 🎵.

Hiro. Thank you for your comment 😊 Yes, it is a direct sales shop attached to the Northwest Sake Brewery building! You can't sample the sake, but I recommend the soba noodles shop next door 🤣 which is also directly managed by the brewery. There is a set to compare drinks ^ ^.

It was light, with an alcohol content of 10%. It had a gassy and fruity taste like melon and grapefruit. The low alcohol content made it a dangerous ⚠️ encounter, as I almost drank too much if I didn't restrain myself.
