At a local favorite pub❗
This is also the sake we requested 😄
I can't believe I can drink Genshu Mai in my hometown ✨Well, it has a delicious flavor typical of Shinshu Sake 😋, the gentle roundness is a skillful work by the female toji 🎵.
I seem to be the only one who orders sake on a routine basis, so it's almost like keeping the bottle 😅I want everyone to know how good sake is, but it's not bad to have a bottle of good sake all to myself 😁I just have to go back often to keep the bottle open and not get old 😌.
I'm not sure what the master is going to stock next time. I'm looking forward to it ✨
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodles and Liquor ^_^
You have built a good relationship with the master👍
I'm looking forward to the Rihachi you requested to stock up on 😊.
Hello my Noodle Sake King brethren 😃.
I was just watching the Betsukai High School game at the high school baseball game and saw your Sake no Wa post...
They fought well until the middle of the game, but it was a shame.
I hope they do well again in the summer. ☺️
Oh, this has nothing to do with Sake at all 😆.
Good evening, Brother Haruei Chichi 😃.
Did you watch the game ❗The result was disappointing, but it was good to see your spirited play ❗I will return in the summer and take revenge 😉.
( *^艸^)🍶🍶🍶🍶
It's been so long since I've had Kawanakajima Genmai that I don't know how many years it's been since I've had it 😋.
The aroma is gentle yet elegant 😊The palate has a gentle rice flavor with a very clean and crisp finish 😚👍.
It's really easy to drink and a delicious sake that goes well with food 🥳✨.
Hi Haruei Chichi, hello ☀️😀
I was able to buy this Genmai on the internet 😁✌️ If it's just the sake situation, delicious sake will gather in Kanto, so there will be a lot more sake to drink 🙉.
Ordering from a longing for Kawanakajima Genshiryoku
As I was told by the restaurant staff
It's a completely different thing. LOL!
I think it's more like Doburoku than nigori.
I have to learn what to pair this sake with.
I have to study!
Drinking with my juniors in Ikebukuro 🍶.
A restaurant I've wanted to go to for a long time.
A restaurant with a lot of alcohol, but the entrance is very narrow but the inside is spacious 😄.
It's very narrow but spacious inside 😄.
The third drink was a Kawanakajima Izakaya special!
Touji Mariko's special version!
Fresh, fruity and delicious 😋!
First sparkling
I never really liked carbonation, but I've gotten used to it lately 👍.
I had a hard time opening it 😅.
I thought it was champagne, but then I looked at the label on the back,
I thought it looked like champagne, but when I looked at the label on the back, it said "Sake like Champagne" 🤣.
It's fruity so it ran out fast 😆 It's a carbonated fruit juice 🍹This is delicious 👍
Rice used is Miyamanishiki
As one would expect from a rice of this standard, it has high potential!
Although it is a slightly aged sake, it has a mild mouthfeel with a good balance of acidity and umami of the rice.
It has a good sharpness and matches a wide range of dishes.
And this for under 2,000 yen... Great ‼️
Sake from the Shinshu sake hanpukai 🍶.
I wasn't expecting to receive the Genshu Mai ✨.
The Genmai I had from Rigel before was impressive in its sweetness and umami, but this one is less sweet and more subdued overall ❗But it's still delicious 😋 with a strong flavor that's good on its own or with food ✨.
Good sake 🎵
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodle Wine 😃.
You look so cool standing there 🤩.
The appearance gives a calm atmosphere and the taste is like that too 😋 We also have the impression that Genmai is sweet and tasty, but this one seems to suit us now!
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodle Wine ^ ^
This Genmai, I see you for the first time 🙇.
Genshu Mai, it's delicious ✨
I haven't been drinking lately, so I wanted to 😊.
Hi Manta 😃
I'm afraid you may not see it very often 😃I've never seen Genmai itself at all in my area to begin with 😭 that's exactly what I'm talking about 😥.
Special Junmai Sake
dry (taste)
light
No ginjo aroma
Light with little aftertaste
Dry alcohol smell in the aftertaste.
It is refreshing,
It goes well with appetizers, sashimi, etc.
