Sake from the Chino Sake Brewery period ごうBanana aroma with a nutty taste. It has a firm umami flavor and is structured by acidity and finishes with a light bitterness that leaves a lingering aftertaste. Delicious! ヒラッチョThe Sake Sengano sales event was being held at Ikebukuro Seibu from Wednesday the 23rd, and when I noticed and dropped by on Friday the 25th, all of the Genmai was sold out.
Only junmai nigori and special junmai nama-shu from the Kawanakajima brand and this old-style sake from Katsura Masamune were available.
According to a sales representative at Seibu, there were about 10 people in line when the store opened on the first day.
Ikebukuro Seibu is going to be sold, and this sales event at Seibu will be the last the following week, so I wonder if we will be able to get Kawanakajima Genmai at Ikebukuro Seibu for sure 😅.
Now, Katsura Masamune's old time sake, it is truly an old time sake.
I tried it cold, on the rocks, warmed, and heated on the rocks, and it is a hard-core old-fashioned sake. It's very strong.
Gensai is the most popular.
Sake Senkurano would like you to try their regular "Kawanakajima" brand and Katsura Masamune as well.
The variety of sake qualities and the strength of the sake itself.
You can taste the history of this long-established brewery, which was founded before the Battle of Kawanakajima. tkmtsEhh 💦.
Mr. Hiraccio, is that true!
I'm shocked 😢
Is it bad business performance?
I should have shopped around more.
I've been blessed.
I realized it again😭 ヒラッチョ Good evening, tkmts🌇.
It seems so.
As an Ikebukuro user, I was concerned about the closure of Marui and Tokyu Hands Ikebukuro.
I am sad to see the end of the Seibu sales event. ヒラッチョKatsura Masamune, the main brand name from Kawanakajima's past
It is called Kinmon, but the sake rice is Miyamanishiki.
We had it as a heated sake, and it was a good food wine.
Sake Sen Kurano doesn't cut corners with any of their brands or types.
I was able to feel again the depth of this brewery. TMORIKawanakajima Genmai's local sake. It's so beautiful, even though it's a honjozo, that it would be a shame to keep it for local use. It can be served cold or lukewarm.
I wish they would sell it all over Japan! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
