Nagano famous sake Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu (1)
I had a similar impression of Genshu Mai and Mikotsuru, and I was able to get almost the same specs at the same time, so I compared them 😄.
First of all, Genshu Mai: ✌️
The aroma and attack are very fruity, and there is a strong sweetness with a honey-like impact.
However, the sweetness does not last long and fades away, and after swallowing, the flavor is refreshing, like grapefruit.
I haven't had it in a while because it's hard to find, but it's still good 😁.
The best match for me has always been pork cutlet stew, but the cheese hamburger steak I tried this time was pretty good too 😋.
It's a good match with something hearty.
Good morning, Chanmaya P. 😊
Phantom dance is good 👍.
I haven't been able to get it for a while since Ikebukuro Seibu became Yamada-san😅.
Katsuni nimono, the word of the day ❗️
Cheese hamburger steak looks good with it too.
Hiraccio, I haven't seen you around since the Seibu Ikebukuro warehouse sales disappeared as well... 😢.
Katsuni Genmai, still the strongest tag team for me: ✌️
The manager says there is also Gensho Mai.
It tastes as good as ever!
We can drink it with hot Zangi!
extensive knowledge
Miyamanishiki 49% polished

Why doesn't it call itself Junmai Daiginjo when it is polished to 49%?
It's a mystery 😲.
Staying in Tokyo for the conference
Tomorrow, I'm only attending the lecture, so I'm going to have a drink alone.
I had one drink at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station and took the Yamanote Line to Shinbashi.
I came here again,
Shinshu Osakemura in Shinbashi
The third of three kinds of sake!
Kawanakajima
Kawanakajima is the lightest of the three.
It has a nice sharpness and is light and dry.
I wonder if Kawanakajima is this light.
Shinshu Kamerei ran out in no time, so we opened a bottle of this one, made by a female toji in the same prefecture.
The first day was the most mellow, sweet and delicious. It went well with lasagna 😊As time went by, it became spicy and I couldn't drink it at the end 😅 You need to drink it as soon as you open the bottle.
Alcohol content 15%.
Rice: Nagano Prefecture rice
Polishing ratio 65
Sake degree -27
Acidity 1.8
Amino acidity 1.4
(*´³`*) 🍶🍶🍶🍶
I got a special honjozo of Kawanakajima Genmai 😋.
The aroma is fruity apple 🍏 type 😊.
The mouthfeel is soft and fresh 😚 Good balance of sweetness, umami, and sourness👍✨ After the beautiful sweetness, it sharply sharpens 🤤.
I think I prefer this special honjozo to the Genmai ginjo I had the other day 🥰It seemed like a more complete sake than the honjozo 🥳💕.
Good evening, Maecin-san😄.
I prefer it to ginjo ⁉️
Actually, I was wondering whether I should buy and drink this special bottle or not!
I'm really torn 🤔💦.
Good evening, T.KISO 🌃😀 😀
This is just my personal opinion 🤔I think it's like (Gakki Masamune+Asahitaka)/3 at best 😚I thought it was one of the best Honjozo I've had 🥳👍✨I'd buy it 😇
Good evening, Maechen-san ^_^
This special honjozo looks delicious and I'm curious about it.
I haven't been able to visit a store that carries it, so I'll stop by when I'm in the area and buy some Genmai for the first time in a while 😁.
Good morning Manta 🌅😀😀
Comparing the Ginjo and the Special Honjozo I drank the other day, I preferred the Special Honjozo 😊.
I found it on the internet and poochied it as soon as I could 🤣.
Mellow Nigori Sake 🍶 Full of rice flavor!
Full of rice flavor!
A tangy and energetic sake!
It's so rich that I sipped it a little 😋.
Alcohol content: 15%.
Rice polishing ratio: 65
The other day
I was able to purchase a bottle at Ootsuki Sake Shop
Kawanakajima Special Junmai Sake
The aroma is mild.
The taste is soft and the aftertaste is rich.
It goes well with a meal.
It's deliciously dry.
I heard it tastes good warmed up.
but I finished it before that.
4 gou bottles are still there in no time 😂.
Alcohol content: 15
Rice polishing ratio: 59
A little course meal was not enough, so we added a torotaku of our choice.
We took the liberty of bringing out some sake we hadn't tried yet to compare!
I like Kawanakajima's Genmai, but tonight's sake was a special junmai!
Sushi is good with a little spicy sake...,

At a local favorite pub❗
This is also the sake we requested 😄
I can't believe I can drink Genshu Mai in my hometown ✨Well, it has a delicious flavor typical of Shinshu Sake 😋, the gentle roundness is a skillful work by the female toji 🎵.
I seem to be the only one who orders sake on a routine basis, so it's almost like keeping the bottle 😅I want everyone to know how good sake is, but it's not bad to have a bottle of good sake all to myself 😁I just have to go back often to keep the bottle open and not get old 😌.
I'm not sure what the master is going to stock next time. I'm looking forward to it ✨
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodles and Liquor ^_^
You have built a good relationship with the master👍
I'm looking forward to the Rihachi you requested to stock up on 😊.
Hello my Noodle Sake King brethren 😃.
I was just watching the Betsukai High School game at the high school baseball game and saw your Sake no Wa post...
They fought well until the middle of the game, but it was a shame.
I hope they do well again in the summer. ☺️
Oh, this has nothing to do with Sake at all 😆.
Good evening, Brother Haruei Chichi 😃.
Did you watch the game ❗The result was disappointing, but it was good to see your spirited play ❗I will return in the summer and take revenge 😉.
