The spoils of my trip to Nagano. I could not find Kawanakajima Genmu, so I bought this one, which was sold at Nagano station.
In my mind, nigori often has a sweet taste of rice, but this one was more of a clean dry taste and thicker than sweet. I warmed it up and drank it, and I was right👍.
I was recommended that there aren't many out there. I haven't had aluzoe sake for a long time.
It has a unique and strange taste, not as bad as the Sanzenmori I drank before, but chemical? Maybe it's a cemedine type?
6/10
Kawanakajima sparkling sake prepared as a toast.
It's called "Akkeshu" (active sake).
It is a sweet and tasty carbonated juice with apple and lychee flavors.
The sweetness in the first half gives way to a bitterness in the second half, which gives it a strong flavor impact.
It can be drunk like champagne, so it is perfect for a toast at a sake party.

Slightly mellow, with a good umami of rice and a certain degree of sharpness.
It is rather balanced. It is very good as a food sake.

Today I opened a bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai that I bought while I was in Ueda 😀.
The aroma is a rather gorgeous ginjo aroma 😊In the mouth, it has a round sweetness and gentle umami 😋The aftertaste is mild and refreshing✨👍🌟
It is a delicious sake that is easy to pair with meals 🥳💕.
☀️
No sweetness, only rice flavor 🌾 ❗️
Feel the spiciness with a hint of spiciness 🤔
Sharp mouthfeel 🔪.
I thought it was very different from the image of Genmai 🧐.
