It is one of my own top 3 nigori, Kawanakajima's nigori. It is a very good nigori 🍶.
I often drink it at my favorite restaurant, but this time I got it in a pouch and drank it at home. (3rd picture)
The nigori is super creamy. It has a great texture and smoothness on the tongue, and a rich umami and sweetness.
I recommend heating up the nigori at Kawanakajima. 😋😋😋😋😋

I bought this in Nagano last summer 😁.
Nagano sake, delicious 😋.
Now, unlike Genmai, this one seems to be seen often.
Since the brewery was founded in 1540, it is said that Shingen Takeda drank this sake. I'd like to see the historical records to support this 😗.
It looks like dobrok, but it seems to be backstrained, so it is smooth and creamy😋 on the palate.
It's dry and dry. There were some comments online that it has a peculiar taste, but I don't think so 🧐 It's easy to drink.
The side dish is Tosa-Yaki bonito.
The photo is of the terraced rice fields of Ubasute as seen from Chorakuji Temple.
I bought a lot of Genmai, so I didn't buy Ubasute Masamune... 😥I regret a little.
