This is also nigori sake. Moreover, it is a natural sparkling sake that is not gas-infused.
An explosive type that takes quite a long time to open.
The mouthfeel is fruity and sweet, almost like a liqueur. After 2 days, it gets a little dry, so it would be good on the rocks.
I didn't know there was such a sake in Kawanakajima: ❣️
Junmai Nigori Sake
It's silky white✨🥂✨
The aroma is fruity with a strong acidity.
Looks like a handsome amazake
When you take a sip...
Creamy mouthfeel
A little sour amazake❣️
I don't dislike it, but it's very sour ‼️
And the lingering taste is from the sourness
Strong alcohol taste
The end is very bitter😅
Dora doesn't like it 💦.
I drink it at room temperature 😉👍
Tsubu-chan Good evening ^_^
I didn't know there was such a sake in Kawanakajima😱.
I'm not a fan of bitter tasting sake, so I guess I'm leaning towards Dora 😁.
But I'm curious to know what it tastes like😊.
Good evening, Manta 😊.
I can't connect this bottle with Kawanakajima 😅I also can't connect the taste from the appearance and texture 🤣I'm also a bit of a bitter person 😅I drank it at room temperature the next day instead of keeping it in the fridge and it was surprisingly mellow 😉.
This is an annual event at the end of the year.
I was able to taste it again this year!
It is not sweet, but has a mild taste.
It goes well with kimchi, fried tofu, and other strong foods.
The spoils of my trip to Nagano. I could not find Kawanakajima Genmu, so I bought this one, which was sold at Nagano station.
In my mind, nigori often has a sweet taste of rice, but this one was more of a clean dry taste and thicker than sweet. I warmed it up and drank it, and I was right👍.
I was recommended that there aren't many out there. I haven't had aluzoe sake for a long time.
It has a unique and strange taste, not as bad as the Sanzenmori I drank before, but chemical? Maybe it's a cemedine type?
6/10
Kawanakajima sparkling sake prepared as a toast.
It's called "Akkeshu" (active sake).
It is a sweet and tasty carbonated juice with apple and lychee flavors.
The sweetness in the first half gives way to a bitterness in the second half, which gives it a strong flavor impact.
It can be drunk like champagne, so it is perfect for a toast at a sake party.

Aftertaste: Good sharpness with a little bit of rice flavor
Impression: Tasty and refreshing
Slightly mellow, with a good umami of rice and a certain degree of sharpness.
It is rather balanced. It is very good as a food sake.
