Ginjo aroma of pear and muscat
Light, but with a long aftertaste that leaves a strong umami flavor.
Pleasant acidity

Clear on the palate. The entry is reminiscent of a clear stream. The throat is firm.
Sake with a sense of stability. White fish, shellfish

The aroma is red apple-like 🍎.
Fruity ginjo aroma
There is a sweet nuance like white peach in the mid-palate.
Thick and thick.
A little heavy due to the high alcohol content.
The snack is simmered cod.
Easy to drink, with a full-bodied sweetness and flavor.

It has a refreshing yet robust taste, and I thought it was perfect for a mid-meal drink.
At FUKU NO TORI in Bakuro-Yokoyama.

Record 23rd bottle
I still like this one better than the gold one
This is the first time I've had a great sake from Fukui Prefecture!
Just like the "Aizu Chusho" that I drank before this one, the impression I had had of it was completely betrayed 😄🍶.
I was expecting a mild taste, but it was surprisingly sharp. I was expecting a mild taste but it was surprisingly sharp 😅🍶🍶I enjoyed it with Satsuma-age and grilled chicken in oil today and it drained off the fat of the chicken nicely. I enjoyed the taste of the chicken 🍶😄🍶.

After returning from Kochi, my wife and I went out for dinner. We had a drink and dinner at a good sushi restaurant nearby. I drank Kutouryuu for the first time in a while. It was so refreshing that I couldn't believe it was alesed. It was poured generously, but ran out quickly.
Japanese>English
Easy to drink and (probably) goes well with any food. If you are worried about which sake to order, this is the one to order!
The aftertaste is a little strong, but it is not unpleasant at all, and you can enjoy the sake-like flavor.
The taste itself is gentle.
Light mouthfeel. Freshness like a draft sake, with a slight gassy feeling. Slightly gassy with a clean aftertaste.
Japanese>English
Light green apple, banana and chemical aroma.
Contains dry rice. Rather acidic.
A touch of bitterness.
The acidity and bitterness quickly become rounded,
After that, the umami of rice slowly spreads in the mouth.
It is refreshingly umami and spicy. Good.

I haven't had much Tsuneyama. I remember liking nigori, but I am not sure... I am sure it was Tsuneyama... (PS: It was not nigori 🤪)
(PS: It was not nigorigo 🤪) I got myself back on track and tried Tsuneyama this time. The label is cool and very nice!
Gendatsu" is the name taken from "Gendatsu Se", a fantastic sea area in Fukui Prefecture, where you can catch extra-large sea bream. The fishing season is only open for two months from mid-June.
Let's take a look at the aroma. Fruity and wafting in the air when the bottle is opened.
It is immediately sweet in the mouth! And immediately, you can feel a tang on both sides of your tongue. I wonder if it's sweet or fruity. That's how it feels.
What kind of taste sensations do you feel on the sides of your tongue? I have no idea.
As I drank more and more, I wondered if it was an illusion that it tasted sweet. Is this a dry wine? I began to feel that it was dry.
Indecision? Resourceful? Well, either way is fine! It was delicious!
Hayaseura Seasonal Ginjo-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Honjozo Aruze Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 17%.
The third comparison is Hayaseura, Yonezuru, and Take-no-en.
I have a weakness for "limited edition" sake, so I chose this one without any hesitation 😅.
I wonder if it's an orikarami or a cloudy sake😅It's a cloudy white sake, but it's light and you can feel the deliciousness of rice 😋.

When you put it in your mouth, the aroma of Cucurbitaceae passes through your nose. The mouthfeel is crisp. It is strong.
Grilled fish, Heshiko
Just out of curiosity...sour! Lemon juice!
This guy is a Pokka Lemon! Including the bitterness.
...When you hold still, you can slowly taste the flavor and sweetness.
It tastes like blue peaches.
Interesting. Delicious.
A very acidic and strange kind of lemon.
If you are okay with Pokka Lemon, you might want to try this.
According to one of our regular customers who is a sake researcher
"San Q was just right when mixed with Mitsuya Cider."
I would like to try it.

It is unexpectedly light, almost like calpis. Perhaps because it was still cold, the unique bran smell of mai-bijin was subdued. It reminded me of Kawatsuru's Sanuki Kuraudei.
Chose this one for its fresh spring image.
Aroma of strong sourness like melon 🍈.
Refreshing sweet and sour like a tangerine 🍊
The acidity becomes stronger in the second half 🎵.
Smooth and thick mouthfeel 😉.

I went on a trip to Fukui and bought some locally brewed sake at a supermarket!
It's been a while since I've had a dry sake with a lot of gusto, so I stocked up on snacks at the hotel and enjoyed it!
Today is the general meeting of the county surveyors' association.
There will be a reception after the AGM, but I still can't eat or drink well at the reception due to my current position. ☹️
So after the meeting, I wandered off on my own 😁😁.
The first thing I noticed was this
The first one
Yopa Memo_φ(・・・・)
It looks like water, but I think it's classified as dry.
Not much fruitiness, so it's clean & refreshing 😀.
I think it's GOOD👍 to have it with a meal.
Hakuryu🐉 is good 😁 it was delicious 😋😋😋😋.

Sake Umeshu (plum wine)
Not too sweet, just right for the second half of the evening.
The liquor store where I bought it told me that they use good quality plums from Fukui Prefecture.
This Sake is soft, juicy and sweet. The flavor reminds me of the Tochigi milky strawberry and it has a full, soft mouth feel. The acidity at the end cleanses the pallet and leaves a very light sour finish. This is a fun Sake to try. 😃
