爽やかでフルーティーな上立ち香があり、アタックは割とドライで水のよう。そこからフワッと旨みが広がり、それが苦みに変わって余韻となり切れ長に残る。
想像通りの洗練された味で、食事の味を邪魔しない。公式HPでは白魚の刺し身やあさりの酒蒸し等が推奨されていたが、正にイメージに合う👍
