It has a gorgeous nuance in the calmness of time passing, which I miss. It has a distinctive character. oosukaI like it too much to repeat. oosukaThe first Misuzu is Miyamanishiki.
It has the mellowness that is typical of Miyama, but with a firm bitterness. oosukaI tried my best to keep this one going and see how it goes for a week or so. Will it be a little calmer and more Pocari-like? This is it! oosukaIt doesn't have the gassy feeling I was hoping for, but it does have a cool, rummy feel to it. I wondered if it would be a little bitter since it is Yamae Nishiki. I thought it might be a little bitter, but it turned out to be a fresh muscat 🍇.

This one is addictive, though it's not for everyone. oosukaAbe's spring sake, an unusual aromatic type for Abe. Pear and green apple-like.
It's so loud that it makes me a little tired of drinking it, but the light-bodied sweet and sour fruity flavor is as good as it gets.
