Fruitiness overflowing from the slight fizziness. Gentle pineapple flavor. I like that it is not too sweet and is cut off by the bitterness.
I'm glad my first brand was this one. I want to drink other brands.

Herbal woodiness from banana nuances from microbubbles. It is quite distinctive.
I didn't know that the same Akitsuho could be so different depending on the yeast...
This one is addictive, though it's not for everyone.

Abe's spring sake, an unusual aromatic type for Abe. Pear and green apple-like.
It's so loud that it makes me a little tired of drinking it, but the light-bodied sweet and sour fruity flavor is as good as it gets.
We'll see what happens over time.
