A special Yamada Nishiki 45. Flashy, mmmm, glossy aroma that is typical of W. The fruit max from the mineral potpourri is very satisfying. It is not a lot of drinkable, but I love this brand because it has an unmistakable personality.

I bought it because I had never had anything other than Igarashi. I was expecting a big-boned but new sake-like piquancy, but it was rather flat. Always a cemedine-like resinous feel.

3年以上ぶりの三芳菊。相変わらず人を選ぶ尖った作り。 初日は三芳菊らしい酸と乳酸フルーティ。飲みやすくはないｗ 2日目以降、謎のキャラメル感が出てきて洋梨キャラメルみたいな魅惑なニュアンスに。これは結構好み… ただ、やっぱり良くも悪くも作りが安定しないので買うのが怖いんだよねぇ。

It's been a long time since I've had an honored chrysanthemum. And this Seikai is really amazing! It crushes everything I don't like about sake and I would recommend it to anyone. The water is really tasty because of its low degree of alcohol content!

I need to get more instrumental Masamune on a steady basis... It doesn't say sake rice, but this is quintessential Shunyo, right? Lychee soda from Muscat. People who are prejudiced against honjozo, hi-seasoned, and arugula should definitely drink instrumental Masamune.
