Uemoshoten Sake Hanpukai limited edition sake. The body is thick and sticky, as is typical of nama-shu. It is a little heavy, but there is no unpleasant tang at all, so it is the kind of sake you can drink too much of.

The one that's been the talk of the town at the foreign connoisseur shows. It was smooth on the palate, but after some time, the bitterness became a little stronger. That seems to be Miyamanishiki, though.

It's been a while since I've had Nabeshima. It has no peculiarities, and it is easy to soak up. The bitter taste at the end. I think I can drink this kind of specs without worrying about the passage of time.

Well, I can't help but be bothered by the initial lingering alcohol aroma... Once in the mouth, it is refreshingly dry and not bad.
