Got it with Katsunuma sparkling wine on a trip to Yamanashi at the end of the year.
I gave it as a New Year's gift and everyone loved it, so it was a great start to the year 2025 😋.
It has the sweetness of koji, but it's also very soft and delicious with a meal!
