It was so fruity that I couldn't believe it was 80% polished, and the color of the label gave it a banana aroma and acidity. The flavor was strong, but this freshness showed the skill of the maker.

The taste is clean and clear, just like Miyamanishiki. You can't feel the miscellaneous taste. A sake that does not interfere with meals, but snuggles up to them quietly. A favorite of mine.

It's no surprise, but the newer one has more freshness and fizz. At first sip, I preferred the newer one, but as I drank it slowly, the aged one tasted better, and I never got tired of drinking it. But as we drank it slowly, the aged one tasted better and we never got tired of drinking it.
