The taste is clean and clear, just like Miyamanishiki. You can't feel the miscellaneous taste. A sake that does not interfere with meals, but snuggles up to them quietly. A favorite of mine.

It's no surprise, but the newer one has more freshness and fizz. At first sip, I preferred the newer one, but as I drank it slowly, the aged one tasted better, and I never got tired of drinking it. But as we drank it slowly, the aged one tasted better and we never got tired of drinking it.
