I had not had a chance to visit a famous sake bar in Fukuoka. Finally, I was able to go there.
Cold sake.
The aroma was subdued.
Not that heavy, but acidic and umami. Slightly carbonated impression. Bitter taste lingers in the throat after swallowing. Long aftertaste.

I learned about Miino Kotobuki's Winter Junmai Activated Nigori Sake last May.
From the color, it looks sweet .........! but it has zero sweetness!
Bitter and fine carbonation.
Too nice.

At last! Fukuoka's sake bar "Unrei Hi".
I was served Fukuoka sake on my own.
The first bottle was Kochiya. This sake is from Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, near Saga.
Fruity like apple or muskmelon, but without the clinginess!
