Koji rice: 20% Yamadanishiki from Okayama Prefecture
Kake rice: 80% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano
ALC 15-16 degrees
This sake has a slightly carbonated taste, making it easy to drink and refreshingly dry.
It went well with oysters marinated in shoyu.
