Senbon Nishiki hiyaoroshi, which I also drank last year.
It is lighter than the previous Ona hiyaoroshi and has a little bit of sweetness, which makes it hard to believe it is a hiyaoroshi 🤔.
Overall, it's one of my favorite autumn sakes with a middle palate position.
