I was just thinking that you don't often see 20% alcohol by volume. It's a different kind of men's sake from the low-alcohol ones. It's wonderful. takashiThe first bottle of the year.
Soft acidity and a clean taste.
I drank it alternately with Tasake's Zodiac label, which seemed similar in type, but this one was slightly sweeter.
Both were, of course, delicious! takashiRather acidic. A light bitterness at the end.
It is similar to Masumi among the sake brands I am familiar with.
