Timeline
takashiThe first bottle of the year.
Soft acidity and a clean taste.
I drank it alternately with Tasake's Zodiac label, which seemed similar in type, but this one was slightly sweeter.
Both were, of course, delicious! takashiRather acidic. A light bitterness at the end.
It is similar to Masumi among the sake brands I am familiar with.
It was delicious even when heated! へろ8When I took it without any snacks, just 🍶, it just left me with a sour taste. The label also said it was for eating 😱.
I think the sourness goes up when it's heated up...

Price: 1,980 yen takashiI bought this sake because the Nikkei Newspaper published a series of articles about Touji Noriguchi a while ago.
It is a delicious sake with a strong flavor.
It is even better when warmed to lukewarm. It is a delicious sake! takashiI bought them together to compare them with my last Akitsuho 657.
However, since it was a week apart, I couldn't make a solid comparison💦.
I felt that the ice storage made it less gassy and more flavorful than the original.

takashiI developed a high fever on Saturday afternoon, 6/24, and tested positive for new type corona on Monday, 6/26💦.
After a week of fever followed by a raging sore throat, joint pain, coughing, and loss of sense of smell, I finally got over it💦.
So, here's my get well celebration (lol).
Oh no, it's a delicious, body-sickening experience!
Even more so since I had lost the energy to drink during the Corona.
Please take care everyone.
ma-ki-Good evening, takashi.
I see you were infected with corona 💧.
I'm sure the wind forest must have really sunk in since you are recovering from hell ✨.
Let's get our spirits up again with the sake life 😊. takashiMA-KI-.
Thank you very much!
I was also at a drinking party right before the corona infection, but fortunately I didn't infect anyone else, at least 💦.
I would also like to enjoy sake from here! ポンちゃんGood evening, Mr. Takashi 🌙

I am glad you are able to drink again 😊. takashiMr. Ponchan.
Thank you very much.
The symptoms were worse than I had expected and it was tough, but I am now completely healed!
Sake for the first time in a long time was so good for my body and mind ✨. へろ8When I drank it while eating a hamburger steak, I did not feel much sweetness.
On the second day, when I drank it today, I felt a firm sweetness, followed by a bitter taste that spread throughout my mouth.

I purchased it from a liquor store's hanpukai.
It is said to be the brewer's challenge sake, brewed with a new variety called "Shinryu Nishiki" which is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Shinryoku.
It is excellent as a food sake rather than served without an entrée.
The sake shop recommends drinking it well chilled, but it is also possible to warm it up.
