Price: 1,980 yen takashiI bought this sake because the Nikkei Newspaper published a series of articles about Touji Noriguchi a while ago.
It is a delicious sake with a strong flavor.
It is even better when warmed to lukewarm. It is a delicious sake! takashiI bought them together to compare them with my last Akitsuho 657.
However, since it was a week apart, I couldn't make a solid comparison💦.
I felt that the ice storage made it less gassy and more flavorful than the original. takashiI developed a high fever on Saturday afternoon, 6/24, and tested positive for new type corona on Monday, 6/26💦.
After a week of fever followed by a raging sore throat, joint pain, coughing, and loss of sense of smell, I finally got over it💦.
So, here's my get well celebration (lol).
Oh no, it's a delicious, body-sickening experience!
Even more so since I had lost the energy to drink during the Corona.
Please take care everyone.
ma-ki-Good evening, takashi.
I see you were infected with corona 💧.
I'm sure the wind forest must have really sunk in since you are recovering from hell ✨.
Let's get our spirits up again with the sake life 😊. takashiMA-KI-.
Thank you very much!
I was also at a drinking party right before the corona infection, but fortunately I didn't infect anyone else, at least 💦.
I would also like to enjoy sake from here! ポンちゃんGood evening, Mr. Takashi 🌙
I'm sorry to hear about your corona infection 😰Please take it easy and get back on track 🙏.
I am glad you are able to drink again 😊. takashiMr. Ponchan.
Thank you very much.
The symptoms were worse than I had expected and it was tough, but I am now completely healed!
Sake for the first time in a long time was so good for my body and mind ✨. へろ8When I drank it while eating a hamburger steak, I did not feel much sweetness.
On the second day, when I drank it today, I felt a firm sweetness, followed by a bitter taste that spread throughout my mouth.
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice polishing ratio: 50%. へろ8It is 🍶 from Honda Shoten, Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture.
I purchased it from a liquor store's hanpukai.
It is said to be the brewer's challenge sake, brewed with a new variety called "Shinryu Nishiki" which is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Shinryoku.
It is excellent as a food sake rather than served without an entrée.
The sake shop recommends drinking it well chilled, but it is also possible to warm it up.

First sweetness. Then a little bitterness.
I'm not a big fan of bitterness, but this much I rather like 🥰. tagacy
Tenbi Choshu Sake Brewery, Yamaguchi Prefecture. ★★★★★ As of today, it is at the top of the "Recommendations" section of Sake-no-wa. I bought it by chance. I heard that *5 is very rare in terms of recommendation. I'm looking forward to it. I'd like to try the brands with 4 or more stars. This Ohmine was also 4*. It is delicious. The aftertaste is just right for me.
★★★★☆ Delicious. I want to drink it again.
MODERN tagacyMellow... I didn't know such a thing existed.... It has a slight effervescence, just like when I drank Bollinger's Grandanet. Or maybe that's an exaggeration. It was bottled in March 2007. It was the time when I received training abroad for the first time. I was the only Japanese. I craved Japanese every night. It feels like a long time ago. It was bottled such a long time ago, and it took 3 years to mellow out.
★★★★★ Delicious. I would definitely drink it again.
MODERN tagacyBare power pipes, spike armor on left shoulder. Gundam's Zaku is a little more rugged... I think of it as such. But it is not rugged at all. Rather, it is soft, sophisticated, and transparent. You want to say, "Is this the Zaku made by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten? It is different from Zaku, Zaku! I would like the brewer to say.
Tasty.
MODERN tagacyIshi-chan's SAKE journey, the third installment is brewer Kuheiji. Hmm, it is no longer available on Amazon Prime. Too bad. Watching this, I thought that the brewery itself is reflected in the taste of Kuheiji. Is sake a work of art? Is it the same as a Monet-like painting or a Vermeer-like painting? Knowing the characteristics of the brand and knowing the brewer may be synonymous.
★★★★☆ Delicious. I want to drink again.
MODERN tagacyWhat should I get for one more bottle? It's comfortable to sit in front of the liquor store's refrigerator and worry. I decided to go with Haruka, which I was told was good a few months ago. I happened to be watching a JSP UTAGE live show of Haruka, and saw Mr. Kuribayashi, the brewer, on my PC. I wondered if this person was making this beer, and it brought me closer to the Haruka (Harusumi Nanoka) in my hand. I drank too much.
★★★★☆ It's delicious. I want to drink it again.
MODERN tagacyIdeya Chiba main store. The colors of the labels are good. The dark green is Hyakumangoku no Shiro and the dark blue is Ishikawamon. Hmmm... I still don't know the difference between the rice. I guess I'll have to decide on the color... If that's the case, then dark blue. Hmmm. I read aloud in my head, "Hyakumangoku no Shiro" and "Ishikawamon. The sound of "Hyakumangoku" is good. Hmmm... After some hesitation.
It's delicious.
