Timeline
hawaii_kaiI was curious about Yamori because it is a sake from Higashimurayama, Tokyo.
It was a refreshing, light summer sake. hawaii_kaiIt is a local brand of Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten of "Saku" fame.
Recently, I have had many opportunities to drink junmai sake, but I also love aruzoe, which gives a mellow impression.
hawaii_kaiFresh and refreshing sweetness. Stable taste. hawaii_kaiSweet! Highly aromatic! It gives the impression of fruit juice.
But once you get it down your throat, it is refreshing and smooth.
This is only available during this season. Romanしもふりロ万 純米吟醸 うすにごり原酒 一回火入れ純米吟醸原酒おりがらみ もよもよThis is another sake we drank at the restaurant. Roman is a sake from Aizu and is widely known for its glutinous rice 4-step brewing. The light on the label is very stylish.
Since it is called 4-stage brewing, you would expect a sweet sake. This one is Shimofuri Usu Nigori, so it was a cloudy white sake with fine rice.
When you take a sip, it has a mild sweetness. I didn't feel much sourness. It's a sweet sake without any sourness.
We drank it cold, but it might be delicious warmed up to make it even sweeter.
Izakaya:Sakemichi Nozakiya nabeHello.
Thank you for drinking Loman in my hometown of Minamiaizu Town! もよもよLoman is delicious! I'm a sucker for sweet sake.
And I so appreciate the detailed label description on the back! もよもよHere's another drink I had at the restaurant, but yikes, blurry picture. But it was extremely delicious, so I'm posting it.
It's a sake from Miyagi Prefecture, and I had a chance to drink it once and remembered how good it was. The concept of this sake is that it's a sake for eating.
I was prepared for it to be dry, but the feeling I got from drinking it was clear and sweet, like a light sugar. I didn't feel much alcohol or sourness, and I had the impression that I could drink it easily.
I've always avoided dry sake for sipping, but maybe it's because dry sake doesn't emphasize sweetness or acidity. This is a great way to have a refreshing sake. It was a drink that made me want to learn more about dry sake.
Izakaya:Sakemichi Nozakiya もよもよThis is also a drink at an izakaya. It's a sake from Nara, made from pure rice, unfiltered, unpasteurized and unpasteurized. It was one of the brands I was interested in.
I was thinking that the rice is milled flat, so the yield is better than regular shavings. When I looked it up, I found out that they milled the regular rice into flat rice on a trial basis.
I'm thinking the slight carbonation is one of the characteristics. It is sweet, but I detected a slight sourness and sweetness like koji or amazake.
I don't think this is that strong of a sake drink either, so it's one I'd like people who don't like sake to try.
Izakaya:Sakemichi Nozakiya もよもよIt's been a long time since I've had a drink at a restaurant. The toast was sparkling sake.
Basho is a brand of sake from Gunma, and this sake is said to be the source of the world's first sake champagne.
When you pour it into a glass, you can see that there is a lot of oriental flavor in it. The dryness of the sake makes it easy to drink even with the ori.
I don't drink sparkling sake very often, but I think it goes well with a toast. Even if you don't like sake, this is a drink you should try.
Shop: Sakemichi Nozakiya ryoooonu_1015I want to injure myself by going back and forth between this drink and the fried food (weird document). It has a gorgeous quality that only a Junmai Ginjo sake can have, but it is spicy. It was delicious. ryoooonu_1015This was probably the most exciting part of this one. ryoooonu_1015When I come to Nozakiya, I can't help but ask for this sake. I want to drink this for the rest of my life. ryoooonu_1015The sake is made with the image of a worker bee. The label is also a bee. It was a great sake that didn't interfere with the food. It goes well with "deep-fried ginanin", that's for sure. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
