もよもよ
Here's another drink I had at the restaurant, but yikes, blurry picture. But it was extremely delicious, so I'm posting it.
It's a sake from Miyagi Prefecture, and I had a chance to drink it once and remembered how good it was. The concept of this sake is that it's a sake for eating.
I was prepared for it to be dry, but the feeling I got from drinking it was clear and sweet, like a light sugar. I didn't feel much alcohol or sourness, and I had the impression that I could drink it easily.
I've always avoided dry sake for sipping, but maybe it's because dry sake doesn't emphasize sweetness or acidity. This is a great way to have a refreshing sake. It was a drink that made me want to learn more about dry sake.
