It had been a while since we had been out for a drink. We decided that bubbles would be a good toast, so we had the Shichiken Sparkling. Second fermentation in bottle is a type of bottling in which the fermenting unrefined sake is put into a bottle. When poured into a glass, there was a cloudy, shiny white liquid. When I drank it, it was quite sweet and easy to drink. The alcohol content is 11%, so the low alcohol content makes it a refreshing drink. The combination of cloudy white, bubbles, and low alcohol content made it taste somewhat similar to the Sanchi area. I got the impression that Shichiken is relatively easy to find, but I also felt that it has captured the flavor of the latest trends. It is a very tasty sake that even beginners can enjoy.
