This is another sake we drank at the restaurant. Roman is a sake from Aizu and is widely known for its glutinous rice 4-step brewing. The light on the label is very stylish.
Since it is called 4-stage brewing, you would expect a sweet sake. This one is Shimofuri Usu Nigori, so it was a cloudy white sake with fine rice.
When you take a sip, it has a mild sweetness. I didn't feel much sourness. It's a sweet sake without any sourness.
We drank it cold, but it might be delicious warmed up to make it even sweeter.
