It feels like Kaze no Mori, but a little sticky.

It's clean and fresh. Not too much of an assertive flavor.

This is one of the bottles in the November hanpukai at Sumino Sake Shop.
I was surprised to see Jigori-Nigori in the list. ‼️
If it wasn't for this, I don't think we would have compared the new 3 big bottles💧.
It's super slightly carbonated, with a melon or pear-like sweetness, while you can taste the umami of the rice, and it flows smoothly with a touch of sourness at the end.
Mixing in the tailings makes it more silky, but the clean finish is still the same.
I wonder if the secret to its deliciousness is hidden in the fact that it is 66% Gohyakumangoku and 34% Yamadanishiki 👀.
Quintessential Jikin, its expressive power is unparalleled ✨.
All three have distinct characteristics, so it's no wonder they all have their own "guesses"👍.
Ohhhh, I hope winter comes soon again lol!

Strong carbonation, rummy sweetness and bitterness came at the same time and flowed with a strong minerality.
The sweetness can be felt, and the bitterness is less bitter and recedes, so this is easier to drink.

Since we had also purchased the active nigori in November, we were able to compare the two 👍.

After the strong carbonation, it flows with a little bit of sweetness like Wasanbon and lactic acidity, with a hint of acidity.
Goes well with chicken 🍗.
Last Christmas we toasted with sparkling Tedorigawa 🥂.
It was my first time to drink sake at Christmas and I was surprised myself that I would go so far to match sake 👀.
I was curious about the dots 🟡 on the Tedorigawa label, but the slush/slush was also fluffy and great to the touch👍!

I had a relaxing Christmas at home last year🎄.
I'd try to post at night, but I'd get drunk and out of it, and then it'd get messy and I'd fall asleep 💦. 
ゆーへーIt is quite carbonated and has a rummy feel.
Sweetness and bitterness come at the same time in the mouth, but it flows smoothly.
After opening the screw, a lot of bubbles come out from the bottom of the bottle🫧.
This bottle is made from Shiga Prefecture's Tamaei.
It was recommended to me 2 years ago by someone at work who is from Shiga, and I finally got it this season👍.
It has a lot of nigori layers, but it's not too sweet and has a clean aftertaste that makes it easy to drink ✨.
I would like to try a different sake rice in the future 💡.

I had been curious about Garden no Uguisu for a while but had never had it.
Despite the looseness of the label, it was very tasty with a freshness that is typical of nama-zake👍.

Not very compatible with sweet foods💧.
After some time, the bitterness is reduced, but the aroma has diminished, so I recommend drinking it up quickly.

It is a new product from Kame-no-o 30 and is said to be made with No. 10 yeast for a refreshing taste.
It is certainly not that sweet and can be drunk easily.
