But aromatic and clear, I was reminded of what makes this line so special ✨.
The unevenness of this label is also good👍, giving it a luxurious feel.
The back label says it's from Hyogo Prefecture and is grown by Yamadaho 💡.

The last one is Choshu Yamadanishiki
It has a good balance of sweetness and umami, and has a nice sharpness.
It was the most balanced and easy to drink👍
On the other hand, it may not have many features.
In conclusion

You can see the difference if you compare them at the same time, but if you drink them individually on a different day, you may not be able to tell the difference.
I think that is how much "Fujioka Amami character" can be felt in each of the series.
It will be interesting to see if they will release a different sake rice this season as well 👀.

The fifth bottle is Banshu Aizan🌾.
At the regular meeting of the Kansai Branch in August, Kyuzo-san brought this bottle from Shimonoseki, and we decided to drink it slowly at home as a review, although it was undoubtedly delicious.
It smells of mango and pineapple, and has a slightly bitter taste that recedes.
It is the most fruity and sweetest of the four.
The perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness that is typical of Aizan is unmistakable in this bottle.

A little bit of muscat sweetness, and then it goes straight to the finish.
It was the sharpest, and unlike the image, it was dry 💡.
So if you like Amami's sweet and tasty, you may be a little disappointed 💧.
I also wondered if the taste was too clean because it was a Junmai Daiginjo.

The taste is a bit sweet like a cherry, but it is more refreshing than the raw sake.
It has a slight cherry-like sweetness and a clean taste that goes down smoothly 🍒.
I really think the Nama Sake had a more robust flavor by a narrow margin 💡.
It's that fresh and delicious even though it's fire-aged ✨.

We'll start with Akaban Omachi, of which we got the raw sake that was entered in CSW2023, so here's the review✨
It's schwarziness, a bit of savory and cherry-like sweetness that comes in a giggle and flows smoothly with a touch of sourness.
It's thicker than the fire-aged one I'll review later, and I think it smells a little nutty 🥜.

This is now the last Fujioka Tenbi comparison 💧.
I was going to drink 5 varieties, but Sumino-san's October hanpukai was Hakuten, so I decided to add it to the list and compare 6 varieties 💡.
The aroma is a bit schwaty, but the flavor is subdued.
It flows with a bit of alcohol.
It's not as fresh as the nama-shu, but the slightly carbonated◦grapefruitiness is still there and you can drink it all the time and not get tired of it✨.
It's a shame we won't be able to taste this next season.

Sweet top-shelf aroma.
I missed the timing and gave up but was able to buy it 😋 Chilli gassy, elegant and sensual sweet and tasty. It's crystal clear and disappears from the palate.
It was the first time for me to taste Kangiku hi-ire, and it was so delicious.
I'm jealous of the raw sake that was only available at Yajima Sake Shop.
I'm assuming Ken Aizan is Aizan from Tokushima and not a new type of rice, right?
This one is also manacled😇
The mana-chiri rate of kangiku is crazy🤣.

I bought it because I wanted to drink Oroku. I haven't had Oroku at home for 3 years.
It is fresh and slightly effervescent. It has a sweetness with a bitter taste like grapefruit or orange. It has a character that other sakes don't have. It's expensive, but Ohtsuki-no-Kumi is delicious.
I also sense a little graininess and nuttiness.
