The umami of the rice can be felt, and a little sourness is felt at the end.
The mixed fermentation of No. 1 and No. 2 yeast gives it a somewhat classical flavor.
This year we were lucky enough to obtain four bottles of Sogape and decided to compare three of them 💡.
