A bottle from Sumino Sake Shop's May Hanpukai 🍶. Okuharima has an image of being peculiar and strong (as in Omune's), so I avoided drinking it at home 💧. I heard that Mr. Toji Yamauchi moved from Miyako Bijin this season, so it will be interesting to see if the style will have too much acidity and amino acids 👀. This time I had it with sashimi 🐟 as it was dry, sharply shaken, with a slight magic smell and a light bitterness as it receded. Buy a tank of one, Sumino Sake Shop's original sake 🛢️ 720 mL ¥ 1,595

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee. Okuharima might not be so peculiar if it wasn't aged 🤔. Aged sake wasn't about perverted sake or something like that 💦🙀😭.
