Mild on the palate, no bitterness.
More sweetness on the second day.

I have seen sakes made with Princess Michiko, but this is the first time I have purchased it🌹.
I don't often buy sake in a box myself, so this month's hanpukai was a great opportunity👍.
I personally like the gentle (natural) sweetness of hana-yeast sake in general, so I would like to try other brands when I have a chance 💡 (although they are expensive and I can't afford to buy them...)
