Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip ⑭ I tasted Mutemuka, which I didn't even know how to read, because it had just been sold out and was restocked. If it was written in katakana, it would have popped a little. I bought it as a souvenir on a trip to Kochi a long time ago, and I have bitter memories of it being sold in my hometown as well. I heard that Mute-Mukan is maniacal and has quite a lot of body. I was told that Tosa washi paper is used to float in the rice paddies to create shade for in-house rice cultivation. Mute Mukan Junmai Ginjo Bouken-san took a sip and was surprised at how good it tasted. As described, it has a strong sweetness and a strong umami taste. It has a full-bodied taste with a hint of bitterness. It was indeed delicious. Mr. Ippo also tasted it and said it was delicious. Mute Mukan Special Junmai The aroma was light, with a refreshing acidity and a bit dry. I forgot to take a picture of the special junmai💦.

Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip ⑫ Mute Mukonosan, famous for its Dabada Hiburi (fire shaker) They don't sell much sake here 💦. We drank Junmai Ginjo Fruity and quite sweet and tasty type. It was really good and I wish I could have bought it 🤔. I wish they would have it in the antenna store 🥺. Special Junmai Forgot to take a picture 💦It's rare that neither I nor Muchi took a picture 😳I felt the taste was more reserved and subdued compared to the Junmai Ginjo. Ippo-san said Mute Mukan grows their own rice too!

Mutemuka! Supakuringu! 12 degrees. It is 12 degrees. It is a refreshingly smooth and silky sparkling sake. They are trying various challenges in sake because they are almost successful in shochu. It is a design with a sense of accomplishment!

My family requested that I buy sake that goes well with takoyaki. I looked for a sparkling sake that was not sweet and looked like juice, and this is what I came across. After returning home, I looked it up on Sake-no-wa and was surprised to find only one hit 🫢. It has a clean, understated taste and schwans in the mouth. It goes well with takoyaki made with raw octopus. ❣️ It would be delicious to drink in summer too! I checked the brewery's website and it seems that they produce very little of it, so we are lucky to have met them. Thank you very much for the treat.

Hello, Pon-chan. A long time ago, I would have thought "Takoyaki is beer, isn't it? But nowadays, I think I can manage with sake, and I enjoy searching for it. Sometimes I get it wrong, but this time I hit the jackpot and I feel good about it 🤗.

When I went to pick up my reserved sake, I was going to buy it if it was in stock, but they were out of stock, so I was only allowed to taste it. The customer asked me to order it for them because they were going to buy in bulk. They sent it to me even though they had no business with me. It is not too sweet and dry. It has a refreshing summery feeling.

It is made by a brewery famous for Kuri-shochu Dabada Hi-furi. It must be unfiltered sake because it is described as "before filtration". It is not sweet. It has a taste and a firmness. It is not sweet but not bitter and spicy, so it is easy to drink.
