Matsunami Shuzo was damaged by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. Oeyama Junmai Daiginjo Hyakumangoku no Shiro" was saved from the damaged brewery and blended with an equal amount of "Kaga no Tsuki Junmai Daiginjo Hyakumangoku no Shiro" from the Kagoshi Shuzo brewery.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, so it is beautiful and elegant, but it tasted of many different things, along with many different thoughts.
It is said to be a limited edition, with only about 400 bottles available. boukenKeihan Department Store Sake Festival (3)
Collaboration sake from Matsunami Sake Brewery and Kakoshi Sake, both of which were completely destroyed by the Noto Earthquake.
Although only the company name of Mr. Kakoshi is written on the back, it is said to be a blend of sake from both breweries.
It was beautiful and elegant, but also had a complex flavor due to the fact that it was a blended sake.

Drink and cheer 📣✊.
We got a cup of sake from Matsunami Brewery, which was severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake 😀 My partner bought it for me 🐸.
It has a strong flavor, dark umami and refreshing sweetness 😚 with a crisp acidic and dry aftertaste 😊Killer 😋It was a delicious sake that can be served by itself or with a meal 🥳.
Koiji beach was badly damaged by tsunamiI hope the beautiful Koiji beach will come back soon🥺. WOMThe last of the Hyakumangoku No Haku Festival is Matsunami Shuzo's first Daiginjo.
