Sake purchased at an event in Kochi that Nemuchi and I went to.
It is a rare pouch type.
The rice is Towanishiki, which is not often heard of. It is said that it is a non-standard rice. It is fruity, slightly sweet, and has a bitter taste at the end.
A little bit of lemon squash 🤔.
Depending on the meal to be served with, it seems to be more bitter and spicy.
