First time drinking Shinanonishiki
I hear it is an environmentally friendly label-less design.
The rice is Yamae Nishiki with a milling ratio of 71%.
The milling ratio varies from 71% to 75% depending on the year's harvest.
There are a few bubbles in the glass.
The flavor is sweet and fruity, but the rice is also strong and powerful. The beautiful acidity accentuates the taste and is very impressive!
The sweetness is even more pronounced than when we tasted it, and it's delicious.
The 4th one, after drinking Yatagarasu, my recommendation was full of Nara sake 🤣.
Overall, there are a lot of ★'s 🤣.
