bouken
I drank Oeyama at an event at Keihan Department Store, but this is the first time I've ever had a draft sake. I saw it at Hanshin Department Store and bought it.
It seems to be a sake brewed at Kagetsu, which also brews Kaga no Tsuki in Ishikawa Prefecture.
The rice is 5,000,000goku and 1,000,000goku no shiro, and the rice polishing ratio is 50%, which is a daiginjo spec.
It has a fresh, greenish mouthfeel with a sweet, gentle umami taste. The second half has a classic sake-like spiciness and alcohol. Sake with a sense of power.
