Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip (10)
I was curious about the gap between the classic label "Hourei" and the modern label "Tosa Rei", so I drank both.
Toyorei Junmai Sake
More dry but with a gentle umami flavor
I think it's suitable for warmed sake or room temperature, but cold sake is not bad either.
I wonder if it's a standard sake, so it's easy to drink for evening drinks.
I've never seen it before, but it seems to be packaged in a silver, light-shielding bag when sold. I think I've seen it in a shaded bag at a supermarket or a certain major chain liquor store 🤔.
Junmai Ginjo Tosa Rei
I thought I had never seen this label before, but it seems that it has just been on sale for a short time and there are not many of them around yet.
It's quite sweet and refreshingly gorgeous for a Shibotan. The exact opposite of Toyorei.
I also drank Fujimusume and Tosatsuru tosa urara.
I bought Fujimusume and drank Tosatsuru in the past, so I omitted it...
Tosatsuru is a refreshing fruity type.
When I drank it at home, it seemed a little sweeter.
