The second glass was Shinmasa's new Kijoshu. It is made from brown rice except for the malted rice 🍶. You can feel the umami of rice, sweetness, and deep richness, but the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and goes very well 😳. I think it would be better to drink this sake by itself rather than with something else.
