A liquor store in Osaka started handling it this year, so I made a reservation and bought it.
The glass has fine bubbles. Fresh, juicy, sweet and delicious.
All Gobashi is consistently delicious.
I think I prefer the usual Itsukashi though.
When I drank Risshun Asa Shibori this year, Wakabisu tasted more memorable.
I bought all the sake I could reserve as far as I could go, so I don't know what I'll do next year 🤔.
I'll just have to buy Koshi or Sengoku.

After running around to all the liquor stores in Hyogo, Osaka and Kyoto, it looks like the only other place I can go to is Pochi 😅.
I recommend Harushika which has a lot of places you can make reservations and is delicious 😊.
