The one I bought at Okuhiroya at the end of the year but missed the timing to open it.
It's very fruity, but dry. Fruity but dry. Not too sweet, with a clean aftertaste and a slight bitterness at the end. I just need to drink some N to complete the bottle....
Great amount of bubbles when poured into a glass!
