Hi, this is Masayo Yukishita 🕺.
I bought it at Okuhiro-ya while I made a reservation for Risshun Asa Shibori.
It's the first time I've had it at home since I drank the one Masha-san brought at the Hankai Train Off-line Meeting.
I thought it would be a sweet and delicious sake, but it has a nice crisp acidity and a nice sharpness. It is quite dry.
Delicious, but I would have liked a little more sweetness 🤔.
