I bought this at Okuhiroya when I picked up the Tachiharu Asashibori at Gohashi.
I was going to buy Masayo, but I decided to buy Tenryo sake Shiboritate, which I had been curious about for a long time 😁.
When I opened the bottle, it made a nice popping sound. It has a thick, sweet and spicy taste with a gaseous sensation. The sweetness is moderate and the umami is strong. It is a little dry and mineral. It has a mysterious atmosphere that is both modern and classic.
It also has a citrusy atmosphere, and the acidity is quite strong.
I think the sweetness is more robust after the wine has been out of gas for about 5 days after opening.

Good evening, bouken-san😄
As Hirupeko-san drank before, this was my first saké sake. ☺️ I see you can buy it at Okuhiroya 🤔I was impressed at the time that it was "almost water! I was impressed, but now I want to drink it again: ☺️

Hi bouken 😃
This one has a very fatherly feel to it, like Masayo's father 😄 This review looks like it would suit us! I'd like to try it sometime 😋.

Hello Aladdin 😃
Your memorable first shot was here 😊.
Water! I think it's because it has a minerally atmosphere 🤔I remember Manotsuru from Sado had that taste too 😁.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃
Masayo's father 🤣.
He looked scary at first glance but he was kind and nostalgic 🤣.
I think he is your favorite type of sweet but not too sweet 😊.
