They call it "Sakasabotan" because it is the opposite of the normal Shippotan sake. Because it is a test brewing, the number of bottles is small, only 100 cases of 4 gou and 60 cases of 300ml.
It was in stock at a liquor store in Umeda, but I couldn't go there on Saturday, so I bought it at Okuhiroya near Keihan Kayashima station, which was open on Sunday.
I bought 300ml because 4gou was already sold out.
The aroma is very fruity. When you drink it, it's sweet, but not gorey sweet, just sweet. It's like cotton candy or syrup. It is very sweet by the standards of Shiba Botan.
I didn't think that Shabotan would use CEL-24. Also, the only CEL-24 I haven't drunk is Bidyo. I wish Tosa Tsuru would follow this trend and release a CEL-24.
