The aroma is mellow, with hints of white peaches and green apples. When you take a sip, it is a bit pronounced and gluey. Immediately fruity. Mineral and transparent texture. Beautiful acidity that seems to blend in, with a lovely sweetness. The flavor has depth. A classy sake. 4/5 stars for my taste.

Gorgeous aroma of white peaches and young mango. Smooth and light texture with a slight effervescence. Transparent and fruity sweetness, The flavor of rice and umami. Beautiful acidity. It has a gentle, low-alcoholic taste, but it is also delicious. A refined cohesion. This is clearly a good sake. My favorite 5/5

(Log) SENKOKU x IMADEYA Golden Kabuto This is definitely the No. 1 sake that will remain in my heart in 2024 🥇! Combined with the taste, rarity and the cute label! The usual rainbow 🌈 is cute, but the gold beetle, how cute! It was delicious. Ramuney feeling, my favorite flavor. I had 2 glasses that day. At that time, I thought, "I'll definitely have it again next year! But it seems that it was only available last year, which also means "I want to drink it again! But I can't drink it..." in the sense that it is one of the best in 2024 in my opinion 🥹🏆. When I went to IMADEYA for a drink the week after this, I saw several customers who had come to pick up this Kinkabu-chan from the hanpukumi. How envious! 😍 🍶 Finally got around to doing this post... my husband posted in real time last year and I had a stack of past ones I hadn't uploaded, so I thought I'd put them in chronological order... it's been over a year now lol!
