The aroma is sweet and sour like yogurt, typical of Yamahai.
When you drink it, it is not as sweet as expected. Slightly gassy and tangy.
It has a strong sourness that is typical of Yamahai.
There is a slight brown spice flavor.
It is not dry, but not sweet,
It has a gentle flavor with a moderate taste of rice.
The back palate is clear and crisp.
Sake with a modern and neat atmosphere that fits the label image.
